Like i know i slouch alot and um i know its an issue i got to fix but is it actually the reason??? cuz im scared like 💀 I've been searching for exercises but like idk if exercising will make it better or worse

Guys I've been having very shitty back pain for the past few days and its freaking me out like- its not normal pain its like, it feels like all the time I'm standing or sitting, my spine is just struggling and shaking to keep itself from falling apart (it doesn't actually shake im trying to explain the feeling) and when i finally lay down, my whole spine, starting from bottom to top, has this screaming, shooting pain and its like they keep screaming for awhile, and then it quiets, and haha im kinda scared and idk what caused this 💀
