📣 GST Update: New Changes in GSTR-1! The GST Portal introduces crucial modifications, incorporating Tables 14 and 15 in GSTR-1 from January 2024 onward. Table 14 – Supplies via E-Commerce Operators: 🔹Report taxable outward supplies made through e-commerce operators with precision. Table 15 – Supplies under Section 9(5) of CGST Act: 🔹Specify details of taxable outward supplies, where the e-commerce operator is liable to pay tax under Section 9(5) of the CGST Act. Impact on GSTR-3B - Table 3.1.1: Previously, GSTR-1 lacked dedicated tables for these transactions, leading to non-auto-filling of Table 3.1.1 in GSTR-3B.
