ការិយាល័យទំនាក់ទំនងសហគ្រាស University-Industry Linkage - ITC

វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ISI Steel Co., Ltd. ចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរួមគ្នា   នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ២៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា (ITC) និង ISI Steel Co., Ltd. បានរៀបចំពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) នៅអគារ ISI Tower រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងតំណាងនៃស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ។   កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះមានគោលបំណងបង្កើតក្របខណ្ឌរួមសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស និងពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងវិស័យអប់រំ និងវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្ម ដោយផ្តោតលើការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញ ការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ នវានុវត្តន៍ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍកម្លាំងពលកម្ម ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាពរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។   ក្រោមអនុស្សរណៈនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរនឹងសហការលើវិស័យសំខាន់ៗ រួមមាន៖ • ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញ និងការកសាងសមត្ថភាព • កម្មសិក្សា ការហ្វឹកហាត់ការងារ និងគម្រោងអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងសម្រាប់និស្សិត • ការអភិវឌ្ឍអាជីព ការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិក និងការតភ្ជាប់ឱកាសការងារ • សិក្ខាសាលា សន្និសីទ ការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ពីអ្នកជំនាញក្នុងវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្ម • ការស្រាវជ្រាវរួម នវានុវត្តន៍ និងការផ្ទេរបច្ចេកវិទ្យា • ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា និងការចុះទស្សនកិច្ចនៅរោងចក្រ   វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា ជឿជាក់ថា កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះនឹងពង្រឹងការរៀនតាមការអនុវត្ត "Learning by Doing" បង្កើនជំនាញការងារ និងសមត្ថភាពរបស់និស្សិត ព្រមទាំងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហការជាមួយវិស័យឯកជន ដើម្បីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលធនធានមនុស្សដែលមានគុណភាព ឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា។ ________ Institute of Technology of Cambodia and ISI Steel Co., Ltd. Sign Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to Strengthen Strategic Collaboration   On the morning of 29 July 2026, the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) and ISI Steel Co., Ltd. officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at ISI Tower, Phnom Penh, with the participation of the leadership and representatives of both organizations.   The partnership aims to establish a collaborative framework for human resource development and strengthen the linkage between academia and industry. It focuses on professional skills training, research, innovation, and workforce development to contribute to Cambodia's sustainable economic and industrial development.   Under the MoU, the two parties will collaborate in several key areas, including: • Professional skills training and capacity building • Internships, practical training, and hands-on learning opportunities for students • Career development, talent recruitment, and employment opportunities • Seminars, conferences, knowledge-sharing activities, and engagement with industry experts • Joint research, innovation, and technology transfer • Educational study tours and industrial site visits   The Institute of Technology of Cambodia believes that this partnership will further strengthen its Learning by Doing educational philosophy, enhance students' practical competencies and employability, and expand collaboration with the private sector.
