I am calling upon the “based” Trump administration’s FBI to arrest and federally indict the baboon known as Cuffem a.k.a. Kameron Amos for violating 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3). Federal law prohibits gun possession for individuals who use marijuana. Under the Gun Control Act of 1968 (18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3)), it is illegal for anyone who is an "unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance" to possess, receive, or transport firearms or ammunition. Marijuana, despite state-level legalization in some areas, remains a Schedule I controlled substance under the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. § 812). The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) explicitly states on Form 4473 (required for firearm purchases) that marijuana use, even if legal under state law, disqualifies individuals from possessing firearms.
