Good afternoon, my fellows. 😊 I’ve received 100+ YES votes for the Backend Engineering program thank you for the strong interest.❤️🔥🔥🔥 Because this is a live, mentor-led program, seats will be strictly limited to keep the quality high. Next step: I’ll be sharing a short application form to select a focused and committed cohort. Please note: this will not be first-come, first-served. More details soon.👇👇👇👇

Quick Poll Backend Engineering Program I’m planning a 12-week LIVE Server-Side Engineering program for Software Engineering students (2nd year and above). Focus areas: Event-driven architectures, microservices and service-to-service communication, distributed systems fundamentals, authentication and authorization (JWT, RBAC), API gateways and backend orchestration, data modeling and transactional systems, asynchronous processing, and backend components behind large-scale platforms. Limited seats, experienced instructors, and guest engineers from big/global tech companies. Would you join if this launches?

part 2 will continue tomorrow

do you like the stream guys ?

Dear Junior Coders: Stop Chasing Shiny Objects Focus on mastering foundational programming concepts and timeless technologies rather than constantly learning new frameworks and tools. Core skills like SQL, HTTP, data structures, design patterns, and clean code principles have remained relevant for decades and provide better long-term value than chasing trends. Soft skills like collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion are equally important for career growth. Energy is finite, so concentrate efforts on going deep into fewer essential topics rather than spreading attention across many surface-level subjects https://dev.to/canro91/dear-junior-coders-stop-chasing-shiny-objects-1p51

Detecting goroutine leaks with synctest/pprof
A leak occurs when one or more goroutines are indefinitely blocked on synchronization primitives like channels, while other goroutines continue running and the program as a whole keeps functioning. We'll look at some examples shortly.
