Tough qualifying for us today, P18 is not where we want to be. Clearly, we missed something with the set-up and didn’t quite hook the lap together when it counted. We’ll dig deep with the engineers tonight to understand why and make sure we’re in a better position for the race. Sunday in Baku is always a massive challenge——it’s a long, unpredictable race where opportunities can come from anywhere. That’s a wrap on a challenging FP3 here in Baku. Not the position we were aiming for, ending up P17, but these sessions are all about learning and preparation. The track is evolving, and so are we. The team has been working incredibly hard, analysing every bit of data, and I have full confidence in them to make the right steps forward. We know what we need to improve. Now, it’s time to reset. We shift all our energy and focus to the qualifying. This track rewards commitment, and we will be giving absolutely everything to turn it around when it counts. Head down, full concentration. We managed to add another 46 important laps to our total, which gives us a great platform to build from. That’s a lot of data to go through tonight. Really good work by the entire team to get everything done. The car feels like we have a good base, and now it’s all about putting it all together. We’ll look through everything and see where we can improve. Now we need to choose what’s best out there for tomorrow.
