The saga continues Added some apple juice to the pear juice so id get a good amount out it and set up the mash for the vodka

Went to check on my recently acquired pear juice The cork i put on the bottle wasnt there anymore, found it on the other side of the room Turns out that the wild yeast on the pear skins had started fermenting the juice already

the chinese never fail at making me laugh

also ordered the ingredients i need to make a very nice vodka which will be used for various tinktures like absinthe and liqeurs

grand pear harvest today it will be turned into brandy
