This is the first English poem I’ve ever read. It was from 10th grade in English Literature. When I first read it, I felt something unique, something I’ve never felt, something about tranquility.
After that, I was inspired by this fascinating poem and by a painting named “Moon Night” by Ivan Aivazovsky, so I wrote my first poem ever on 21st February, 2022 and I was 16 year-old at that time. I named it “Night, Moon and sea”.
Today it’s been one year since I wrote this self-explanatory poem, which is my favourite one of all time. All thanks to my teacher, Dr. Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mallah, for reviewing it and helping me make it even better.
I wrote this easy reading poem a year ago on this day, right after I saw a photo in my gallery dated back to October 2022 of two pigeons chilling above my neighbor’s house. They were an amazing inspiration!
