The pie charts compare the proportions of energy sources in a particular country within the years 1995 and 2005. Overall, it is readily apparent that energy production of all types experienced an upward trend except for petrol whose proportion declined noticeably till 2005. Another notable point is that coal and gas were two main energy sources in both years. In detail, in 1995 coal, gas and petrol were almost equally used to produce energy with each slightly above 29%. By 2005, the figures for gas and coal had marginally gone up by 1%, while the percentage of petrol had declined considerably to 19.55%. The proportions for nuclear power and other sources had also witnessed a rise despite being the least popular in both years. The percentage of nuclear energy grew from the initial 6.40% to over a tenth in 2005. Finally, there was roughly a two-fold rise in the amount of energy generated from other sources, with the respective figures of 4.90% and 9.10% in 1995 and 2005. 168 words #task1 @IELTSwithNodiraRustamovna

The table provides information about the opening date, the length of route and passengers each year in millions for subway systems in various cities of the world. Overall, it is notable that the subways which were opened earlier tend to be longer and serve more people than recently-established ones. London underground is by far the oldest and longest, while the underground in Tokyo is used by the greatest number of people every year. In detail, London underground was established first (1863) and is nearly twice as lengthy as the second-oldest subway in Paris, with 394 kilometres and 199 kilometres respectively. However, the former subway annually transfers much fewer people than the latter one. (775 million and 1191 million) The next oldest underground system is in Tokyo. Despite being opened in 1927 and only 155 kilometres long, this underground transports the highest number of passengers at around 1928 million, every year. Relatively more modern subways are in Washington DC (1976), Kyoto (1981) and Los Angeles (2001). The most extended one out these three is in Washington DC, also being the most popular one by serving 144 million users yearly. Although the subway of Kyoto is only 11 kilometres long, it is used by almost as many people as the one of Los Angeles whose length is 28 kilometres, with the respective numbers of 45 million and 50 million passengers. 228 words #task1 @IELTSwithNodiraRustamovna

#task2 These days many countries are spending money to improve their tourism industry. Do you think the advantages of this case outweigh the disadvantages? An increasing number of countries, today, are investing in their tourism industry. While this trend has some possible unfavourable outcomes, I regard it is mainly advantageous to the country and society. From my perspective, countries should spend to develop their tourism sectors due to the financial and cultural benefits. Primarily, it can stimulate the economy of the country with the help of the money spent by tourists on local products and services. In addition to this, more job opportunities are certain to be created in touristic attractions, hospitality and transport spheres, which enables the country to provide more people with jobs and boost their economy in this way. Secondly, improvements on tourism sector can promote international communications and intercultural ties, since a range of people from different backgrounds can interact with other while travelling. Notwithstanding, there are a couple of drawbacks of expanding tourism industry which we have to admit. The most obvious concern is over the environment. An increasing flow of tourists into a county can make many public places overcrowded and put extra pressure on local services. More people means more levels of waste generated, thereby giving a rise to the deterioration of air, noise and water pollution. Furthermore, touristic attractions, especially historical sites could also be in danger inasmuch as some careless travellers can litter or vandalise such areas mindlessly. That, in turn, undermines the dignity of historical heritage. In conclusion, I consider that disadvantages of spending money to elevate the tourism industry are less significant in comparison with its economical and intercultural benefits. 257 words #essay @IELTSwithNodiraRustamovna

The bar chart compares how many students from six various countries went to Australia to study in the years 2019 and 2020. Overall, it is worth noting that the number of international students from China, Brazil and Malaysia declined, while the figures for India, Nepal and Vietnam rose during the given time. Furthermore, overwhelming majority of the students were from China but Malaysian students were in the minority in both years. In detail, by far the greatest number of students came from China, with over 182.000 in 2019, however their number slightly decreased to just under 168.000 in the following year. India was the second on the list despite sending almost twice fewer students than China in 2019. Its figure had increased to roughly 108.000 by the next year. There was a marginal growth in the number of Nepalese students from the initial 46.382 to over 50.000. In stark contrast, the figures for the remaining three countries accounted for remarkably smaller numbers. Australia initially received over 22.000 students from Vietnam, whose figure grew approximately by another 1000 after a year. In 2019 there were around 23.000 and 22.000 students from Brazil and Malaysia, respectively. However, both of their numbers fell by roughly 2000 a year later, being nowhere near as high as the number of Chinese students studying in Australia. 220 words #task1 @IELTSwithNodiraRustamovna

#task2 Nowadays, people have adopted an unhealthy lifestyle. Why do you think this is? How could this problem be solved? These days many people lead an unhealthy lifestyle. The rationale behind this change could be explained in several ways, but I regard it could be addressed with the help of practical steps. From my perspective, the trend towards a harmful lifestyle can be due to the following reasons. The chief one is that a range of technologies, like transportation and electrical appliances, are prevalent today, which eliminates the need of doing much physical activity both at work and at home. Not moving around enough, people have become vulnerable to different physical and mental health issues, such as obesity and anxiety. Furthermore, most individuals tend to consume more unhealthy, processed food products without organic nutrients inasmuch as they are much cheaper and readily-available nearly everywhere, which has also an adverse effect on their health and fitness. Another possible reason could be an increased pressure on people by the modern world to accomplish a lot in a little time, urging them to have multiple jobs and spend rather less time to rest and socialise. That gives a rise to further associated problems in life. This issue, however, can be effectively solved via a few measures, primary one of which is to encourage people to do more physical activities by creating sports facilities in many places, namely offices and public areas. Moreover, responsible authorities should introduce initiatives to decrease the number of fast food centers and increase the sales of nutritional food items, including fruits and vegetables. Thus, people start leading more appropriate lives comprising sports and healthy diets. A final solution is to let workers have frequent breaks so that they can spend more time for themselves and close people. Not only does it help them balance work and life, but also enhances their productivity and job satisfaction. In conclusion, I consider that improper lifestyles have been caused by a variety of factors. Nevertheless, this issue can be handled with the necessary actions taken by government and society. 326 words #essay @IELTSwithNodiraRustamovna

The tables compare the number of international students studying in Canada and the US in 2002 and 2003. Looking from an overall perspective, it is obvious that the figures for all countries increased except for those going from India to Canada to study. Besides, it is worth noting that the most students came to the US from China, while Canada received the greatest number of international students from India during both years. In detail, regarding Canada, there were 5400 students from China in 2002, the figure rose by 45% to 7850 in 2003, being the largest increase. The next biggest growth belonged to India, whose figure went up from the initial 2100 to 2835 a year later. There were 5000 American students studying in Canada in 2000, their number slightly grew by 9% to 5450 in 2003, all of which contributed to the 17% rise in the total number of international students there. As for the US, the growth rate was mere 6% for Chinese students, despite sending the highest number of students in both 2002 and 2003, with the respective figures of 110.000 and 116.000. The number of Canadian students choosing the US was the lowest, at around 32.000, regardless of the rise by 7%. By contrast, there was a 9% decrease in the quantity of Indian students, from 200.000 in 2002 to 182.000 in 2003. That resulted in the increase of only 2% in the number of overall students although Canada's total figure was nowhere near as high as that of the US. 255 words #task1 @IELTSwithNodiraRustamovna
