Famous Freemason Manly P. Hall is against and attacks King James I, the King James Bible, KJB Believers, and Christians. In Hall's “Asia in the Balance of the Scales” by Manly Palmer Hall, in Horizon: The Magazine of Useful and Intelligent Living, Spring, Volume 4, No. 1, April 1944, Manly P. Hall attacks KJB, King James I, & King James Bible Believers & promoted the strawman fallacy of the King James Bible being verbially dictated to King James I (which is false as King James I did not write KJB, which is from a line of preserved Hebrew & Greek manuscripts): "To make things right we will have to undo much that is cherished error. The problem of revising the Bible shows how difficult it is to do this. For the last hundred years we have been trying to get out an edition of the Bible that is reasonably correct; but nobody wants it. What's wanted is the good old King James version, every jot and tittle of it, because most people are convinced that God dictated the Bible to King James in English." SOURCE

[NOTE: Spangler later claimed he did not say this–though in his past,  he has said many many similar things to this. Contrary to what supporters have written, claiming one has not said something does not “refute” it. For example, It is documented that Spangler has said: Christ is the same force as Lucifer… Lucifer prepares man for the experience of Christhood. (He is) the great initiator…. Lucifer works within each of us to bring us to wholeness, and as we move into a New Age … each of us in some way is brought to that point which I term the Luciferic Initiation … for it is an invitation into the New Age. (David Spangler reflections on the Christ p.44-45)]

The last few decades seem to have begun what has been called 'the childless revolution'. In developed countries, increasingly people are choosing not to have children. The causes of this 'revolution' are many including the belief that to create a new life is to subject someone unnecessarily, and without their consent, to life's many sufferings including death. This belief and its underlying philosophy is known as anti-natalism. There has been a recent resurgence of this philosophy, with David Benatar's book Better Never To Have Been (2006) as a major catalyst. The book traces the development of this philosophy from its ancient religious roots in Hinduism (Moksha) and Buddhism (Nirvana) to its most modern articulation by the South African philosopher David Benatar.
