Our mission is to transform Europe's rising youth mental health crisis into an opportunity for connection, resilience, and self-discovery. With millions of young people struggling with anxiety and unmet mental health needs, digital overload, social isolation, and stigma keep youth from seeking support.
Through nature-based workshops, AI-enhanced digital storytelling, peer mentoring, and evidence-based coping strategies, participants will move from struggling in silence to becoming mental health advocates in their communities.
✅ Who Can Apply
Young people aged 16-25 who are curious, open-minded, and ready to explore new ways of understanding and managing anxiety through nature, peer support, creativity, and shared experiences across cultures.

Open to Youth 18–30 years old
Join a 10‑person team at Sieben Linden Ecovillage and install straw-bale insulation in a family house while learning clay plastering, sustainable construction and community living.
You stay in shared rooms (4 people per room), with mostly vegan organic lunches and dinners. Breakfast is self-managed with community ingredients. The village has no Wi‑Fi, and phones are kept in flight mode on site.
The project is for people genuinely interested in natural building, climate action and ecovillage life. Apply only if you’re comfortable living in a rural community and doing practical work.

International Women’s Theatre Festival

Help organise a feminist theatre festival by supporting festival set-up and dismantling, stage and space preparation, organisational tasks and community maintenance. Volunteers can attend performances, concerts, talks and workshops.
You stay at the protagon cultural space in shared rooms made from containers, buses, caravans and tents, with shared bathrooms, canteen and laundry. Three meals per day are provided, with meat, vegetarian and vegan options.
The project is for female participants interested in arts, cultural events and feminist community work, and comfortable living with an international, diverse community.

Open to Youth 18–30 years old
Join Pećinski park Grabovača in the Croatian mountains and help with nature protection, cave exploration, trail creation, park activities and events. You’ll also support language learning for children and volunteers, environmental education and community activities.
You stay in shared houses with kitchens, bathrooms and washing machines, 1.5 km from the park. Food is provided through a shared budget, and everyone cooks together. Travel costs are covered, including transport to Perušić or Gospić, with pickup provided; each volunteer receives a bicycle.
Training includes environmental protection, work with children, intercultural dialogue, sustainability, Croatian language, botany, forest protection, traditional workshops, cave restoration and speleology
