summer checkpoint -are you adequately hydrated? -longterm back issues arent worth it, take your binder off if you're supposed to -you took your meds yet? -posture vibecheck. unshrimp yourself at once. -unclench jaw/forehead, look at something distant for a bunch of seconds to stretch your eyes, try to move your limbs around to prevent fossilizing -adhds i see you. food. pee. -are you really hydrated? -some meds (most famously antidepressives, ssri) do lower your heat tolerance. act accordingly, take breaks and walk the path of the shadows (the sun is a deadly laser) and please remember to put down your phone from time to time. even if you fail to do so, or can only manage short periods of time, at least give it a try from time to time.
