1 _ talus orientation
Talus is wider anterior than posterior
So when excessive dorisflexion occurs this causing the talus to force the tibia and fibula apart.
الإصابة دي اسمها
High ankle sprain or ( syndesmosis )
2 _ when there is a lat.mallolus fracture it is supposed the ankle will be in eversion or in ( supination / inversion ) ??
lateral malleolus injuries are more common during supination (inversion) because of the anatomical structure and relative weakness of the lateral ligaments, as well as the natural mechanics of the ankle joint during such movements.

Inversion :
يعني ال ankle بيتحرك outward
و ال foot بيتحرك inward
لكن في ال eversion العكس
ال ankle بيتحرك inward
و ال foot بيتحرك outward
و لكن في ال medial فيه deltoid ligamed و ده بيكون أقوى من ال lateral ligament .

السنة دي كانت مختلفة في بعض المواد والإمتحانات الدكاترة توحشوا جامد الصراحة فمنطقي تكون النتيجة أقل من توقعاتنا قبل ما نخش الترم، وبعض المواد أتغدر بينا جوه الإمتحان (أقصد الفارما) فمن المتوقع إن النتيجة متعجبكش ، ولاكن لله في خلقه شؤون، ربنا قدر إن ده يحصل والحمد لله إحنا راضيين بقضاء الله _مقصدش إننا نتقبل الغلط الي هما عملوه ونوطي رأسنا ونقول الحمد لله، لأ ده غلط المفروض نسعى إن الغطلة دي متتكررش تاني (لإن بقا إسلوب حياة للمواطن المصري إنه يتظلم ويقدرش يفتح بوقه يطالب بحقه) وده طبعاً غلط المفروض ناخد بالنا إن ده ميحصلش تاني في أي مادة من المواد السنين الجاية إن شاء الله _ .
