“} استفاده از ویدیوهای ساخته‌شده با هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند هم به زیان و هم به سود هر طرفی تمام شود. در حالت نخست، ویدیوهای حساس و جعلی می‌توانند باعث ایجاد آشوب، تشویش اذهان عمومی و گسترش اطلاعات نادرست شوند؛ زیرا بسیاری از مردم این‌گونه محتواها را واقعی می‌پندارند. در حالت دوم، انتشار چند ویدیوی جعلی کافی است تا اعتبار ویدیوهای واقعی نیز زیر سؤال برود و حقیقت در میان انبوهی از تردیدها و سوءظن‌ها گم شود. در چنین شرایطی، حتی اسناد و تصاویر واقعی نیز ممکن است مصنوعی و ساختگی جلوه داده شوند. از همین رو، مسئولیت همه ماست که از تولید و انتشار ویدیوهای گمراه‌کننده با هوش مصنوعی خودداری کنیم و در صورت مشاهده چنین مواردی، دیگران را نیز نسبت به پیامدهای آن آگاه سازیم.

یکی از مهارت‌های مهمی که همه ما در این روزگار باید بیاموزیم، تشخیص عکس‌ها و ویدیوهای ساخته‌شده با هوش مصنوعی از تصاویر و ویدیوهای واقعی است. در رویدادهای اخیر، شمار زیادی از تصاویر و ویدیوهای تولیدشده توسط هوش مصنوعی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی منتشر شده‌اند که می‌توانند سبب گمراهی مردم، انتشار اطلاعات نادرست و برهم خوردن نظم عمومی شوند. از همین رو، لازم است پیش از باور کردن یا به اشتراک گذاشتن هر محتوا، از صحت و اعتبار آن اطمینان حاصل کنیم.

برای مخفی کردن برنامه‌ها در آیفون و اندروید، روش‌ها متفاوت است: آیفون (iOS) در نسخه‌های جدید iOS: روی آیکون برنامه (مثلاً اینستاگرام) انگشت نگه دارید. گزینه Require Face ID یا Face ID & Passcode را انتخاب کنید. گزینه Hide and Require Face ID را بزنید. برنامه به پوشه مخفی (Hidden Apps) منتقل می‌شود و فقط با Face ID باز می‌شود. روش دیگر: برنامه را از صفحه اصلی حذف کنید (Remove from Home Screen) تا فقط در App Library دیده شود. اندروید بسته به برند گوشی: سامسونگ از قابلیت Secure Folder استفاده کنید: Settings → Security and Privacy → Secure Folder برنامه‌هایی مثل اینستاگرام را داخل آن نصب یا منتقل کنید. شیائومی Settings → Apps → App Lock یا Hidden Apps (در برخی نسخه‌ها) وان‌پلاس App Drawer را باز کنید. به سمت راست بکشید تا Hidden Space باز شود. برنامه‌ها را به آن اضافه کنید. سایر گوشی‌ها بسیاری از لانچرها گزینه Hide Apps دارند: روی صفحه اصلی نگه دارید.
