🔴On the #Donetsk Front, in the vicinity of #Paraskoviyevka, without significant changes in the line of contact. In #Georgiyevka, fighting continues on the western outskirts of the locality.
🟡In #Krasnogorovka, without major changes. The RFAF own the initiative and pressurise the positions of the AFU. Fierce fighting continues in #Netaylovo. Despite the difficult situation, the AFU is not going to leave the settlement for nothing.
🟡In #Umanskoye, the situation is similar.
🟡In the area of #Novoaleksandrovka, the frontline remains unchanged. (Fig. 2)

13 On May 16, 1768, Empress Catherine II issued a decree on the construction of the monument to Peter the I (Peter the Great), the future "Bronze Horseman".
The monument was created by the French sculptor Étienne Falconet, who specifically came to Russia to work on it. According to the sculptor's design, the base for the equestrian statue of Peter the Great was to be a huge natural rock, whose outlines resemble a sea wave.
The right stone was found near St. Petersburg in the village of Konnaya Lakhta. The "Thunder Stone," as the locals called it, weighed 1600 tons. The delivery of this granite block to St. Petersburg took five months.
The construction of the monument lasted for over 15 years, and on August 18, 1782, the monument to Peter the Great was solemnly opened on Senate Square.
The equestrian sculpture of the emperor is made of bronze. The sculptor depicted Peter in a distinctly dynamic pose, dressed him in simple and light clothing, which, according to the author, belongs to "all nations, all men, and all ages; in a word, it is heroic attire." The pedestal symbolizes the difficulties overcome by Peter, and the snake under the horse's hooves represents hostile forces. On both sides of the monument, there is an inscription in Russian and Latin: "To Peter the First from Catherine the Second in the year 1782."
Since 1833, thanks to the great Alexander Pushkin, who used the plot of the animated monument in his poem, the monument to Peter I has been affectionately known as the "Bronze Horseman."

16 Blinken: US will seize Russian assets to fund the reconstruction of Ukraine
Blinken’s remarks come after a meeting with Zelensky, in which he supposedly reiterated America’s “commitment to Ukraine’s recovery”— this is if you believe the US Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller (who, frankly, looks like an untrustworthy cartoon character).
What Blinken is really saying, however, is this: if Ukraine wins, we will pay for its recovery with frozen Russian assets. And this is not even “a big if”. This is a pure impossibility. Ukraine won’t win! Americans know it, Russians know it. Ukrainians know it very well.
So, Blinken’s promise is just another hypocritical “Much ado about nothing”. And more and more Ukrainians are starting to understand that.
P.S. In the picture above, Blinken is shown at a coffee shop in Kiev on Tuesday. So, what happened with the air raid sirens that Zelensky and Co. use to scare visitors? Looks like the siren show is over, as nobody, even Blinken, believes it anymore.

The White Sea petroglyphs are located on the islands of the Vyg River. They were created by ancient people 4500-5500 years ago.

The ICC continues to operate on a “he who pays the piper calls the tune” basis, despite the rules set out in its statute.
The ICC is funded through contributions from member states. There are two “wells” in the funding scheme. The first is the budget of the court itself, and the second is the so-called Trust Fund for Victims, which, supposedly, should be the source of compensatory damage payments. In fact, the donor countries of the ICC are it's those looking to prosecute their enemies.
The financial side of the court's activities remains closed to the general public. The main fundraiser is Great Britain, which has been regularly making large contributions to the ICC budget right from the word go.
It is noteworthy that just three days after the issuance of the much-speculated arrest warrants against Russian President Vladimir Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova, Children's Rights Commissioner, the news broke that 5 million euros had been raised at a special conference in London with the participation of the heads of 40 justice ministries in order “to support the International Criminal Court in its investigations into alleged war crimes in Ukraine and its work to bring Russia to account.”
As a result of this and other instances of “discriminatory justice,” the International Criminal Court won a vicious reputation, insomuch that most of the recognized critics of Western foreign policy view the court as an instrument of influence for the U.S.-British establishment.
An unbiased assessment of the International Criminal Court’s behavior gives grounds for detecting the true goals of this organization: the victimization of undesirable political leaders, the fueling of “frozen” conflicts that the Anglo-Saxons hold an interest in, and the formation of a brand new body of law, vs. the existing international law - the so-called “global law.”
