The Lügenpresse is carrying water for the Fed by pretending that rates have something to do with inflation.
Rates dropped steadily from 1980 until 2020, and there was inflation throughout those 3 decades, proving that rates can go up (or down) regardless of inflation.
What makes rates go up is when demand for bonds goes down.
Governments then have to offer higher percents to attract buyers for their fiat paper promises.
Anyone can check the liklihood of upcoming "rate decisions" by simply looking at bond yield charts.
The Fed is LARPING, they just follow the bond market after the fact.

No more cuts, no more pauses, rates are going back up.
The Fed funds rate is currently 3.5 - 3.75% and they follow the 3-month treasury in almost perfect tandem, which means very soon the fed will have to raise rates 0.25% and then run their mouth a bunch pretending they're in control and not just copy/pasting what the bond market is already doing.
Fake fiat jewbux are a cheap counterfeit of real money (Silver and gold), and are going to fail miserably soon enough.
Future generations will look back and ridicule the idiots who trusted fiat and didn't Stack something real while they had the chance.

Don't forever to add a nonconductive lead when you bury your Silver, like a nylon rope or plastic/fiberglass utility marking stake, buried vertically but still below the surface.
That way you can dig a shallow hole to confirm the center of your hoard and then plan the rest of your dig much more efficiently (Aryan IQ moment).

The fed rate follows the 2-year, and the 2-year treasury today is up sharply, signaling rate hikes in the near future.
Treasury secretary Scott Bessent (has a husband 🤮) had very publicly committed last week to double the rate of treasury buybacks in an effort to avoid a panic after Japan was seen selling some of their historic US bond hoard to prop up the Yen.
TL;DR, fed intervention is not working, Japan and other US debt holders are selling US debt to cover their own losses, rates in the US are going to go much higher, the economy is toast, metals are going to do a repeat of the 1970's and rip much higher for the next 4 to 7 years.

Gold broke above it's 200-day moving average mid last week, and has now moved back below that level today.
Meanwhile Silver also had a technical breakout, but has been kept range bound below it's 200-day moving average and was rejected near that level in early trading today.
This dip has already lasted longer than most people guessed it would, so look for deals on your favorite Silver and continue to dollar cost average while both monetary metals take a break from their all-time highs seen earlier this year.
