🔊 Dear Students, The Call Centre is offering an unpaid internship opportunity for current WIUT students. ⏳ Duration: 2 November 2026 – 28 February 2027 🧾 Responsibilities: - Provide professional and friendly telephone support to WIUT students, applicants, parents, and other customers; - Handle incoming calls and provide accurate and timely information in response to enquiries; - Assist students and applicants with questions regarding university services, procedures, and processes; - Provide guidance on application forms and related documents; - Record and maintain accurate information about enquiries and calls in the database; - Identify the nature of enquiries and refer complex or specialised cases to the relevant university departments; - Follow up on enquiries when necessary and ensure that customers receive appropriate assistance. 📌 Requirements: - Current WIUT student; - Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English; - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; - Clear, polite, and confident telephone manner; - Ability to communicate effectively with different types of customers; - Quick learner with the ability to understand and apply new information; - Ability to work under pressure; - Good problem-solving skills; - Customer-oriented approach; - Interest in working with people and university processes. 🎁 We offer: - A friendly and supportive working environment; - Practical experience in customer service and telephone communication; - Support and guidance from an experienced team; - A Certificate of Completion for the 4-month internship; - A WIUT gift; - The opportunity to extend the internship on a paid basis, subject to successful performance during the internship. ❗️ Application deadline: 20 October 2026 📨 To apply, please send your CV to: @Ask_WIUT
