Morning, everyone We're aware that the hug a friend daily quest is not currently awarding credit, no matter *how many* hugs you may give . This is tied to an ongoing issue with social quests that we've been discussing for the last couple of weeks. The good news is that we believe that we've finally squashed this particular bug in internal testing, and we're aiming to ship a hotfix later this week for players on mobile devices and PlayStation that addresses that, as well as softlocks in the Cackling Crab, and a situation causing increased crash rates. Unfortunately, it's not possible to deploy the fix to Switch until our next planned patch, 0.23.4. This hotfix will also not be reflected on the Sky PC demo. Thanks for being patient with us on all of this - we know it's been a challenging couple of weeks . We are planning to compensate players for quests they've been unable to complete since the bug appeared, and we'll have more information on that a bit later on.
