Our study focuses on the case of "Dorsu," a Cambodian garment-manufacturer. Originally co-founded by two women—one Cambodian and one Australian—Dorsu has evolved into a Khmer-owned and led company. Dorsu operates as a social business, driven by the core values of ethical and sustainable practices. All clothing made by Dorsu utilizes eco-friendly materials with minimal environmental impact. Furthermore, Dorsu is dedicated to promoting women in the workplace and ensuring fair wages based on each staff member's efforts and achievements.
