Dear Participants, We are a group of fourth-year students majoring in International Business at the National University of Management in Phnom Penh. Currently, we are conducting research on the topic of "The Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Brand Perception in the Fashion Industry". Our study focuses on the case of "Dorsu," a Cambodian garment-manufacturer. Originally co-founded by two women—one Cambodian and one Australian—Dorsu has evolved into a Khmer-owned and led company. Dorsu operates as a social business, driven by the core values of ethical and sustainable practices. All clothing made by Dorsu utilizes eco-friendly materials with minimal environmental impact. Furthermore, Dorsu is dedicated to promoting women in the workplace and ensuring fair wages based on each staff member's efforts and achievements.
