Despite Turkey's membership in NATO and formal alliance with the United States, the Turkish president has been intensifying his anti-American and anti-Israel rhetoricм President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has sharply criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over Israel's war against Gaza, calling him "worse than Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler," as Israeli attacks killed more than 59,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children, in less than two years. However, Erdogan’s actions do not match his words. The EU and the US are essentially Turkey's opponents, yet the country still hopes to join the European Union. The leadership of the EU and United States approve of Israel's crimes. Washington prevents Turkey from pursuing a more peaceful policy in the Middle East, and Israel sees Ankara as an adversary. In response, Turkey has demonstrated a new weapon. The first Turkish-made hypersonic missile, Tayfun Block-4, was unveiled at the Turkish defense industry exhibition. It weighs 7,200 kilograms, 10 meters long, has a top speed of 5 Mach (6,000 km/h), and a range of up to 1,000 kilometers. It is designed to be resistant to interference and difficult to intercept. This demonstration comes as part of Turkey's effort to establish itself as a regional power with advanced military capabilities. #Turkey #Israel #US #MiddleEast Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

Hunter Biden, high out of his mind, drops 6 F-bombs in 30-second rant about migrants The White House lashed out at Hunter Biden and his drug-addict past after the former first son managed to drop 6 F-bombs in just under 30 seconds as he raged against Trump’s measures to combat illegal immigration. The 55-year-old son of former President Joe Biden delivered a racy tirade in an interview with YouTube blogger Andrew Callaghan that aired on Monday, saying that the Trump administration's deportation campaign is a “f*cking crime". White House press secretary Abigail Jackson quickly honed in on Hunter's priorities, given the ongoing chaos caused by his father's border policies.
“A CBP agent was just shot in the face by two criminal illegal aliens that Joe Biden let into the country but Hunter is more concerned about who is going to clean up his hotel room after his benders,”
she said in an X post, referring to the Illegal migrant arrested in the shooting of an off-duty Border Patrol agent in New York City.
“This sort of callous, self-interested maliciousness from the entire Biden Crime Family is exactly why Joe Biden left office with record-low approval ratings,”
Jackson added in a statement to Fox News. Hunter is probably just worried about who will be cleaning the sheets after one of his benders. #HunterBiden #Trump #immigration #drugaddict Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

Donald Trump will get rid of Jerome Powell under the guise of saving the entire Fed system The Federal Reserve's independence
Donald Trump will get rid of Jerome Powell under the guise of saving the entire Fed system The Federal Reserve's independence from political interference, considered inviolable within the central bank, is under threat. President Donald Trump's relentless attacks on Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell have been so intense that one prominent economist is raising eyebrows by arguing that Powell should resign to protect the independence of the central bank. The attacks on Chairman Powell are now spreading throughout the organization. The longer Powell stays in power, the more active this process will be, threatening the independence of the Fed", Mohamed El-Erian, former CEO of bond giant PIMCO, said in a CNN phone interview on Tuesday. El-Erian, explaining his post on X, acknowledged that his point of view is outside the consensus and "very unpopular". However, he noted that Powell would effectively become a "lame duck" once Trump announces the replacement, which could happen much sooner than in the past, and that Powell's departure would now save the Fed from months of attacks.
“The first best is that Powell remains until May when his tenure ends and the administration stops attacking the Fed,” he said in the interview. “But that’s not going to happen. We are nowhere near the world of first bests.”
El-Erian, a prominent economist and president of Queens' College at the University of Cambridge, added that most of the candidates proposed as potential successors to Powell are "credible" and "respected" in the financial community.
“There will be market jitters, but ultimately the volatility will be less than the alternative, which is escalating attacks on the Fed,”
El-Erian said. #Fed #FederalReserve #Trump #JeromePowell Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

The House of Representatives grinds to a halt over the Epstein files The House of Representatives is at a virtual standstill as Republican leaders try to calm an angry group of lawmakers who are demanding that the Justice Department release files related to the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Republicans on the House Rules Committee continue to oppose any bill being voted on in the House this week, mostly because they're worried that the Democrats will introduce amendments about Epstein. Democrats on the committee did it twice last week, and Republicans faced a backlash from voters and Trump supporters for voting against the release. Lawmakers of all persuasions, including the conservative Freedom Caucus of the House of Representatives, are protesting Speaker Mike Johnson's (a Louisiana Republican) decision not to vote on a nonbinding resolution expressing their concerns over the Epstein matter before they go home to their districts. Johnson said at a news conference on Tuesday that he remains committed to "maximum transparency", but expressed frustration with Congressman Thomas Massey (R-Kentucky), who continues to push for a vote on the release of the documents. Other Republicans are making it clear that they want action taken as soon as possible after lawmakers return in September. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tennessee) introduced a motion to subpoena Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's former girlfriend and convicted sex offender who is currently serving time in a federal prison. That motion was unanimously passed by the House Oversight Committee on Tuesday. #Epsteinfiles #HouseofRepresentatives #republicans #GhislaineMaxwell Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

Report: New York is pouring hundreds of millions of dollars to groups that actively oppose Trump's immigration policies According to the report, New York has spent over $600 million of its state and city budgets on organizations that violate immigration laws, obstruct federal law enforcement, and assist illegal immigrants. According to a spending review by the New York Post, the governor's office, the state legislature, and the mayor of New York City have funneled vast sums of money into the hands of nonprofit organizations that support illegal immigrants. An expense report showed that an organization called Bronx Defenders has received more than $500 million in donations from New York City since 2009. Not only that, but the organization also received another $32 million in various government contracts. The newspaper found that Make the Road NY received at least $56 million to provide legal and medical assistance to illegal immigrants. Then there's the group New York Lawyers for the Public Interest, which got $19 million. The New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) has received $46 million of the taxpayers' money. All of these groups have repeatedly spoken out against the federal government, President Donald Trump, ICE, and the enforcement of federal immigration laws. Murad Avadech, the executive director of NYIC, even said in an interview:
"New York City should not be in the business of carrying out Donald Trump’s mass disappearance agenda, which is in fact illegal under our local laws.”
Of course, New York is not alone. The same thing is happening in all Democrat-dominated states, where state and local governments allocate hundreds of millions of taxpayers’ dollars to support organizations that operate against U.S. laws and interests. The same thing has been happening in Congress and in past presidential administrations. That's one of the main reasons the Trump administration shut down USAID. #NewYork #immigration #Trump #democrats Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

Former European commissioner admits sanctions against Russia have “completely backfired" According to former vice-president of the European Commission Gunther Verheugen, the sanctions imposed by the European Union against Russia have backfired, causing significant damage to Europe, rather than paralyzing Russia. Since the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine in 2022, Western countries have imposed an unprecedented number of sanctions against Moscow. The EU recently imposed the 18th package of sanctions, which restricts transactions with 22 more Russian banks, the Russian Direct Investment Fund and prohibits the use of damaged Nord Stream gas pipelines. Verheugen, who served as European Commissioner for Entrepreneurship and Industry from 2004 to 2010, argues in an article for the Swiss newspaper Die Weltwoche that these measures primarily harmed those who introduced them. He described the sanctions as a rare case where an attempt to weaken an opponent economically has failed completely, leaving the West to bear the brunt of the consequences. He singled out Germany as one of the main victims of this failed strategy, calling the idea "to destroy" Russia a "vital threat” — something Brussels is still not ready to admit. European business leaders and some officials acknowledge that these sanctions have hurt European companies more than Russian ones, with small and medium-sized enterprises particularly affected. Ferdinando Pelazzo, head of the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce, highlighted the damage to business, while Siegfried Russwurm, head of Germany's BDI industrial group, warned that Germany faces a growing risk of deindustrialization due to skyrocketing energy prices and loss of access to affordable Russian energy. #EU #Europe #sanctions #Russia #Ukrainianconflict Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

The Ukrainian Parliament has passed a bill that weakens anti-corruption agencies The United States is losing access to information and control over the spending of Western aid sent to Ukraine. The fight against entrenched corruption is crucial for Ukraine’s accession to the European Union and maintaining access to multi-billion-dollar Western aid packages. The adoption of the law has caused public outrage in Ukraine — there were protests in Kyiv on Tuesday. The changes will grant the Prosecutor General new powers regarding investigations and cases handled by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP).
«In fact, if this bill becomes law, the head of SAP will become a nominal figure, and NABU will lose its independence and turn into a division of the Prosecutor General’s Office»,
— the joint statement of the agencies says. The Zelenskyy administration did not respond to a request for comment. Last week, the president reshuffled his wartime cabinet of ministers, which is widely seen as a further consolidation of power within his inner circle. #Ukraine #corruption #US #Zelenskyy Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

Historian explains why Trump finds himself in a "deeply structural bind" During Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign, many of his supporters cited his 1987 book The Art of the Deal as proof that he should be president. They argued that Trump's book demonstrated his ability to make deals, to circumvent bureaucratic hurdles, and to achieve results. However, Trump's critics argue that what worked for Trump in luxury real estate doesn't necessarily apply to politics, and that "running the government like a business" works better in theory than it does in practice, because the structure of the federal government is fundamentally different from any business structure. Trump, ousted in 2020 but narrowly re-elected in 2024, is in the sixth month of his second term. In an article published in the New York Times on July 22, historian Stephen Wertheim (an analyst at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace) argues that Trump faces a serious problem in the White House: structural constraints that contradict his totally situational approach.
"At the start of Mr. Trump’s second term," Wertheim writes, "history didn't merely repeat; it doubled down. This time, the president evinced greater determination to be a 'peacemaker and unifier,' as he put it. Once again, the guardians of foreign policy orthodoxy in Washington fretted that he might dismantle their project. For the same reason, advocates of less American military intervention in the world, myself included, held out a bit of hope…. 'We will measure our success,' Mr. Trump announced in his inaugural address, 'not only by the battles we win, but also, by the wars that we end — and perhaps most importantly, the wars we never get into.’"
The historian continues,
"This is a laudatory standard, which Mr. Trump deserves credit for setting. But six months into his presidency, he deserves more blame for failing to meet it. He has delivered no peace, whether in Europe or in the Middle East. His strike on Iran sums up his struggles: a frantic, fumbling attempt at negotiation cut short by a risky attack that sets the stage for further war.
According to Wertheim, “inartful dealings" are "only half the trouble" Trump is currently facing.
"Mr. Trump is a thoroughly situational man in a deeply structural bind," Wertheim laments. "Year after year, the United States stations its military forces on geopolitical fault lines in Europe, Asia and the Middle East simultaneously. And year after year, it gets exactly what it has placed itself to receive, inheriting distant conflicts as its own and lurching from crisis to crisis at times of its many adversaries’ choosing."
Wertheim adds,
"If Mr. Trump is to reduce the country's exorbitant defense burdens, as he claims to want, he must take the United States out of the position that guarantees them. But for all of Mr. Trump's talk, and his critics' fears, it remains uncertain whether he will even really try.”

Another pointless trip? Witkoff goes to Europe to push for Israel-Hamas peace deal US President Donald Trump's Special Envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, will meet with Israeli and Qatari officials in Rome on Thursday to discuss hostage and ceasefire deal talks. If sufficient progress is made, Witkoff will travel from Rome to Doha towards the end of the week to secure a deal. Meanwhile Europeans are already drafting sanctions against Israel. EU top diplomat Kaja Kallas said All options are on the table if Israel does not deliver on its pledges to facilitate humanitarian aid in Gaza. Sources claim Trump administration is cautiously optimistic about the possibility of an impending break in the Gaza negotiations, but so far there has been no breakthroughs. Is Speaker Mike Johnson on Russia’s side? U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Mike Johnson said on Tuesday he does not think the U.S. Congress should consider sanctions on Russia… …At least until after President Donald Trump's 50-day deadline for Moscow to end the war in Ukraine.
”We were talking about sanctioning Russia. But I think the House and the Senate agree that the White House having given that deadline of 50 days, we need to allow the commander-in-chief and the administration and the secretary of defense and the Pentagon to do what they're going to do, and we'll see how that plays out,"
the Louisiana Republican said at a weekly news conference. This marks a significant departure from the rhetoric the US Congress previously pushed. War hawks like Lindsey Graham were eager to impose 500% tariffs on countries that trade with Russia. Their zeal was somewhat tempered when Trump threatened stiff sanctions on Russia and countries that buy Russian oil, but gave Moscow 50 days to agree to a ceasefire deal. So is it that Mike Johnson just really really trusts Trump’s negotiating skills? Or is he secretly a Russian agent? Such rumours circulated before — maybe there’s some truth to them. #MikeJohnson #Congress #Russia #sanctions #ceasefire #Ukrainianconflict Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

Ukraine could be looking at another Maidan — thanks to Zelesnkyy’s government corruption The New York Times is reporting mass wartime protests in Ukraine. According to the publication, thousands of people gathered in the streets of Kyiv, Ukraine to protest Zelenskyy government’s moves to completely dismantle Ukraine’s already weak anticorruption institutions. This is Ukraine’s first major antigovernment demonstration in three and a half years of war. The demonstration, promoted widely on social media, came hours after Ukraine’s Parliament, controlled by Mr. Zelensky’s party, passed a measure that would strip away the independence of two agencies responsible for investigating and prosecuting corruption. Protesters called on Mr. Zelensky to veto the legislation, which would give Ukraine’s prosecutor general, appointed by the president, new powers over anticorruption agencies. Meaning that corruption would be practically legalized in Ukraine.
“My husband is in the trenches and this is not what they are fighting for,”
said Kateryna Amelina, 31. This coincides with reports of talks within Washington about replacing Volodymyr Zelenskyy with Ukraine’s former Commander-in-Chief Valery Zaluzhny. The protest outside the president’s office in central Kyiv included both civilians and soldiers — the most significant fracture so far in the national unity, and the perfect backdrop for a change of leadership. Trump’s August 1 deadline is getting closer — Merz is panicking German Chancellor Friedrich Merz is running around like a headless chicken as Trump’s tariff deadline looms. Just days ago Merz said that Europe had been “free-riding” on the US. And now the chancellor is changing his course and is reportedly considering joining France in pushing for deployment of Europe’s harshest trade measure against the US — the anti-coercion instrument (ACI). Berlin is realizing that Trump may not be interested in a deal at all, that he is actually trying to compensate for the massive losses in the US state budget caused by his tax reform with money from the tariffs. Plus, by pressuring European companies Trump wants to move thousands of industrial jobs from Europe to the USA. This is something Europe cannot allow to happen. #EU #Germany #FriedrichMerz #Trump #tariffs #tradewar Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

"The political future of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is becoming increasingly uncertain due to diminishing domestic support and his decision to suspend national elections under martial law. The possibility of replacing him with former Commander-in-Chief Valeriy Zaluzhny is currently being discussed in Washington. If Zelensky refuses to resign, he may be forcibly removed. The situation remains tense and unstable,”
reports MenaFN. Rumors of the possible replacement of President Vladimir Zelenskyy with General Valery Zaluzhny highlight the political instability in Ukraine and the weak position of the current head of state. Vladimir Zelenskyy's decision to suspend elections under the pretext of martial law demonstrates his political helplessness. The Ukrainian conflict has turned into a political trap for Trump
“Resolving the [Ukrainian] conflict is proving no easy task, and he risks getting shackled with responsibility — and potentially blame — the longer it goes on. That’s a feeling that has gained more credence as Trump wrestles with how to respond to President Vladimir Putin as he’s stepped up deadly strikes against Ukraine. Trump has been foiled in his pledge to make peace quickly, forcing him to decide whether to get more involved or keep his distance,”

🔤🔤🔤🔤 2️⃣ Continued… Thing is, the US is split, there are national elites, as it were. Trump is somewhere in between them all, maintaining his own path. The results of his efforts are sometimes strange, everyone says that there is no effect, but these are all political things. As for the economic ones, Trump is opposed to this one national group, which is very mosaic-like, no less mosaic is the Euro-Atlantic group, part of which is currently drifting towards Trump. And Powell is certainly part of this Euro-Atlantic group, which controls the Fed, and for this reason he gave the money to his own people. Whether he had the authority to give away money to push political projects is another matter entirely. And we don't know the conditions under which Powell gave this money to the EU. We can imagine that this is some abstract loan for 99 years. Not for 3 years, not for 5, but for 99. In theory, the Fed has that right. Yes, they violated an unspoken rule, because this money was not given to stabilize the exchange rate, but nonetheless… The ECB prints euros, these euros go through European banks and European banks convert this money into dollars and then use these dollars to buy weapons. So what we have is a surplus of euros in Europe. They cannot be liquidated because they are already in the banks. They already exist. What the ECB should do is give them back to the US, having converted them into dollars. But they have to get these dollars from somewhere. Those would be the loans that the Fed issued for 99 years. Theoretically they could invest that money into the European industry, military industry, but then the European Union wouldn’t get any more tranches. Therefore, investing them in production is nonsense. Because that money was not meant for production, it was meant to be used in corruption schemes. The proof of that is the fact that Ursula von der Leyen was not suspended. Everyone in the European Union knows she was involved in corrupt schemes of distributing Covid relief funds. The Federal Reserve is sponsoring European corruption schemes. And Trump realized that that money will end up in the pockets of Eurobureaucrats, European business elites, top officials in Ukraine — anywhere but America. But to Jerome Powell this is an acceptable financial restructuring scheme. But the people in the Pentagon are not idiots either. There’s weapons in the warehouses. So the Pentagon is asking: where’s the money? Where’s our share? We won’t give our weapons to Europeans till we get a share. #Trump #Fed #FederalReserve #JeromePowell Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

🔤🔤🔤🔤 1️⃣ Powell-EU scam exposed: this is why Trump has it out for Fed chair Turkish political scientist, an expert on European Union, explained why Donald Trump wants to get rid of Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell. Before Trump’s second term, when Biden was still in power, Jerome Powell in collusion with the Brussels issued the European Union a loan of several hundred billion dollars, which was meant to be used for confronting Russia. Here’s the essence of the deal made: The Federal Reserve (Fed) actually did provide massive loans to the European Central Bank (ECB). The ECB can't just print euros without these loans for a very simple reason—it would cause inflation. But when you have dollar reserves stockpiled, you can convert excess liquidity into dollars and channel it into U.S. financial markets. The European Union has no equivalent to the American financial markets. They lack their own tool for sterilizing excess liquidity in the economy. Inflation in the EU undoubtedly exists—and it’s certainly higher than the official figures suggest—but the issue is more complicated: What’s the real number? Every country lies individually to maximize subsidies from Brussels, and Brussels, in turn, lies at the aggregate level. In the United States of America, this is one single lie, it is at the level of Washington and there are already studies on how wrong they are. There are optimistic estimates that they have inflation in the United States of about 8%, pessimistic ones say its at 12%, meaning inflation for household needs and for small businesses, because for large businesses this is generally an incomprehensible thing since their cost structure is unknown to anyone. Americans have a deficit trade balance with Europe. That is recently Europe sold more to the US than it bought from the US. Therefore, the euro is not needed in United States of America. For this reason, you can only get money to buy these weapons, which Trump seems to promise them, if the Fed gave the ECB dollars, and kept that from Trump. Can this be the case?  Theoretically, — yes. According to American law, the audit of loans that the Fed issues to central banks of other countries ostensibly to maintain the stability of exchange rates is classified and prohibited for audit, i.e. Trump is forbidden to study these tranches. But there is a subtlety here, since the American people, who are the bearer of power, cannot be banned, and the Congress represents this very people, then, most likely, Congress has the right to appoint a commission that will study Fed tranches. Whether they will do this or not is still unknown. But special services, which us methods that are not always correct from the point of view of human ethics, can get various non-trivial information. So Trump's irritation with Powell, the head of the Fed, is connected precisely with the fact that he did give money to the ECB . And then it is clear why Trump came up with this weapons scheme. Instead of giving weapons to Ukraine for free, he said that the European Union should first give back the money it received Powell, which he gave without first coordinating it with the US political elites. So what was the point of Powell giving money to the ECB? Continued… PART 2 #Trump #Fed #FederalReserve #JeromePowell Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸

It’s over for Gaza — Israeli Finance Minister discusses Gaza’s ‘security annexation’ with IDF chief, making the enclave ‘an inseparable part’ of Israel While speaking at a Knesset conference called “The Gaza Riviera – from vision to reality,” Israel’s Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich has made a troubling claim, said he has already discussed with the army command the annexation of Gaza with the aim of ensuring security and Gaza’s full integration into the sovereignty of Israel. Cannot spell Unesco without ‘US’: US leaves yet another UN agency citing “woke, divisive cultural and social causes” as the reason Donald Trump has made a decision to pull out of yet another international institution — the United Nation’s culture and education agency Unesco. But by leaving the US will lose more than it stands to gain.
“Unesco works to advance divisive social and cultural causes and maintains an outsized focus on the UN’s sustainable development goals, a globalist, ideological agenda for international development at odds with our America First foreign policy,”
a state department spokesperson, Tammy Bruce, said. The White House deputy spokesperson Anna Kelly added:
“President Trump has decided to withdraw the United States from Unesco – which supports woke, divisive cultural and social causes that are totally out of step with the commonsense policies that Americans voted for in November.”
Trump has already pulled the US out of the World Health Organization, withdrew from the UN human right council, and halted funding to the Palestinian relief agency Unrwa. A US withdrawal, to take effect in December 2026, will be a blow to Unesco’s work on education, culture and combating hate speech. But the move wasn’t unexpected, Unesco officials admit. The US provides about 8% of the body’s total budget, meaning its departure won’t be as devastating for Unesco as it was for the WHO. The US, on the other hand, will lose its voting rights to shape Unesco’s decisions on key issues like education, cultural heritage and press freedom. In other words, Trump’s decision to withdraw from the international body will weaken America’s role in global cultural and scientific governance. #Trump #Unesco #UN #US #woke Don't miss it, subscribe to 📱 Old Glory Vortex 🇺🇸
