سَتُصْبِحُ ثَقِيلَةً كَالرَّصَاصِ. لَا تَقْطَعْ وُعُودًا، يَا حَبِيبِي! فَالْقَدَرُ سَيُجْبِرُكَ عَلَى كَسْرِهَا إِذَا فَعَلْتَ، وَعِنْدَهَا تَغْضَبُ الْآلِهَةُ وَيَتْبَعُ ذَلِكَ سُوءُ الْحَظِّ. لَا تُقْسِمْ بِشَيْءٍ، وَذَاكَ الْمُتَقَلِّبُ سَيَجْعَلُكَ شَغُوفًا، عَلَى أَمَلِ أَنْ يُغْوِيَكَ دَائِمًا فِي أَفْخَاخِهَا.. لِتُقْسِمَ وَتَكْسِرَ.. أَلَمٌ وَنَدَمٌ. عَيشْ، عِشْ يَا بُولْ، وَأَحْبِبْ، وَلَا تُقْسِمْ بِشَيْءٍ عَلَى الْإِطْلَاقِ.

Tomorrow I will be sensible again, perhaps, and human, but today I am moody and fickle, and I must not be bothered.
