Diversity, including different cultures, opinions, and arguments, makes our world rich and beautiful. I always try to respect others' opinions and arguments. Everyone has a right to their own views, which come from their unique experiences and logic. If we ignore someone's opinion, we might miss out on valuable insights. Instead of ignoring opinions I don't agree with, I try to understand why the person thinks that way. By asking questions, I can learn their logic. Then, I share my own thoughts in a kind and understanding way. This helps create respect and understanding, rather than conflict. I've learned that even actions I might not agree with often have good reasons behind them. Being open to different opinions and ideas makes me a better teammate and co-founder. It helps me listen to others' ideas and combine them to create something better. This also makes me a better teacher and consultant because I can ask good questions and help clear up misunderstandings. In my experience, the ideas I first said "no" to often helped me grow the most. To be successful, it's important to step out of your comfort zone and try new ideas. This leads to new actions and achievements. Stepping out of your comfort zone and accepting different perspectives is key to personal and professional growth. Embrace diversity, and you'll find it makes your life richer and more fulfilling.

Interesting… It was written 2.5 years ago. At that time, I didn’t have IELTS & all the portfolio, That’s why, I am amazed at the fact that most of my values haven’t changed over the years😲 And the fact that most of the goals have actually been achieved. Although I completely forgot about making this plan, it was subconsciously within me, and I indeed have 50-60% sticked to the plan. Wow🥹❤️‍🔥
