What we WILL do, instead, is talk about what games I went through recently. This time we're onto Card Shark, which I feel is not getting talked about enough, honestly! Despite the title, the card aspect of the game is mostly a premise to the actual gameplay loop. That's right, it's cheaaaaating! Throughout the game, you'll be taught 30something different cheating techniques, which translate into WarioWare style minigames. Despite how unassuming it sounds, the threat of being caught is ever present, and the constant pressure gives unexpectedly high stakes to an otherwise very simple core. The plot also shines, taking you through an intricated conspiracies in the tense political climate of pre-revolutionary France, meeting various key figures of '700's cultural landscape. But what sells it for me is the art style: the painting-like backgrounds are INCREDIBLE. Shame it's such a short game! You can end it in around two hours. I think a DLC would definitely benefit the overall replayability of the game.
