Macro:
AUDCHF is still structurally bullish. Price has been pushing higher and is currently testing the 0.5787–0.5790 area, which is also around the recent monthly high.
Structure:
We have multiple BOS to the upside, but price is now attacking a weak high / buy-side liquidity.
So I don’t want to buy into the high.
The broader trend remains bullish, so this is a retracement/reversal setup, not a call that the entire AUDCHF trend has turned bearish. Current external technical data also keeps the medium/long-term bias bullish.
My setup:
I’m looking for price to sweep the weak high around 0.5787–0.5790, then show bearish displacement.
If that confirmation comes:
Short entry: after the sweep + 5M bearish confirmation
