This is a monumental breakthrough! 😊 Covid 'vaccines' are not vaccines after all, according to a ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in the United States. David Martin, an entrepreneur and public policy advisor who, among other things, created groundbreaking new approaches to global economics and ethics, says this paves the way for sweeping lawsuits because the manufacturers "intentionally misled the public." "The manufacturers intentionally misled the public by calling them a vaccine." This is a violation of Federal Trade Commission laws in the US and the Deceptive Medical Practices Act internationally, he emphasized. But the consequences go even further. According to Martin, the decision also means that the liability shields that have protected various entities involved in prescribing and administering the mRNA injections are cracking.
