hi guys ik yall want to get your refund back asap and trust me i want to get this done and over with. it's not like i asked for my bank to have issues. if anything, im more frustrated than anyone, ALL my money is locked up. I didn't have a single cent for weeks. I consulted with the bank and all they told me to do was to wait. they even warned me not to rush the process. i do not enjoy holding your money but at that point i did not have a choice. i sincerely apologise about not being able to churn out the refunds asap but i seek for a little bit of understanding regarding this situation. and yes you'll get your refunds this week. thank you and have a good night
