Update: Attacks since yesterday Heavy fighting took place yesterday at Tishrin Dam. SDF announced that it had killed 52 militias and heavy weapons including a tank over the past days. Further 8 SDF fighters were martyred. Attacks took further place around Kobane destroying a wheat storage and Gire Spi. Late last night also heavy attacks in Qereqazaq Bridge and Sirrin were reported. Yesterday Turkey yet again intensified its attacks. Another targeted assassination took place against two cars on the highway near Heseke. 7 members of the Council of Elders of the city Til Berek were hit, martyring 3 of them and injuring one more. They had just returned from meeting with local population in order to support them. In Aleppo countryside a mine exploded martyring one child and injuring 8 more.

📝MORNING REPORT - 22.12.24📝 The Manbij Military Council reported the elimination of 52 Turkish-backed mercenaries in the Tishrin area on December 21, 2024. Furthermore, two armored vehicles and one tank belonging to the mercenaries were destroyed. Following a Turkish UCAV (unmanned combat aerial vehicle) attack in Cizire Canton, three individuals were killed and one injured. Civilians remain targets of indiscriminate strikes. Various youth groups originated from Afrin have announced that they are joining the general mobilisation to defend Rojava and the city of Kobanê. International organizations, including 14 bar associations and the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ), condemned the killings of Kurdish journalists. Read & Share around! Cîhan Bilgîn and Nazim Daştan were martyred on December 19 as a result of the bombing of their vehicle on the Tişrîn-Sirin road on their way back from reporting on the Turkish State attacks. Video: voices of two fighters from the Qereqozax frontline SDF Statement 19.12.24 Yesterday, December 18th, the Turkish occupation launched a large-scale attack on the Tishreen Dam axis. Intense clashes erupted and lasted until the evening hours. Our forces resolutely confronted the attackers and successfully repelled their attacks. Additionally, various areas within Kobani came under attack from Turkish occupation UCAVs and heavy artillery. Simultaneously, the Turkish army continues to mobilize forces in the Suruj area, while Turkish tanks and armored vehicles are deployed along the northern border of Kobani and the western side of the Qara Qwzaq Bridge. 📝MORNING REPORT - 19.12.24📝 While an offensive on Kobanê appears imminent, on 18 December the European Commission gave Turkey €1 billion to help ‘manage Syrian refugees’. Despite calls for a ceasefire from the SDF, Turkish attacks continue unabated on the Tishreen Dam and Qereqozak Bridge, further increasing the risk of a major humanitarian disaster should the dam fail. It has been revealed that the MIT (Turkish secret service), ENKS (the Syrian organisation of the KDP, the majority party in the Kurdistan region of Iraq controled by the Barzani family) and Parastin (the secret service of the KDP) held a meeting together on 14 December, deciding that ENKS would not participate in the call for the unity of all Kurdish parties.
