Hi Everyone, First off, thank you for being part of the Folklore Drip. It’s been a fun 5 months (August through December) where we’ve curated almost 150 articles. I think we’re at 147 or so. You can view the dataset here. I’d love to get a sense of how many people are reading this curation so we can plan the next season, so PLEASE add an emoji reaction to this message 🍌 🎉 In January we will continue the curation as we’ve done before, but with a bit of a twist. We will slowly transition from just me, to sharing links curated by members on OnPulse. If you have a Folklore token, you can vote for articles you find interesting, or simply message in our token-gated channel. Lastly, we are currently designing the new membership tokens for Season 2, and are actively looking to commission an essay on “Community as Media”. I’m shopping for professional, well known writers. As you might remember, 50% of funds from the initial membership were donated to a non-profit supporting Artisans. The funds have been sent to them, and will be used to create discoverable on-chain profiles - ensuring that the value of web3 directly accrues to critical Makers shaping local culture.
