Find good articles that uplift you, make you feel better. 5. Direct your action to a positive experience, which will develop a positive belief. 6. Do meditation or yoga every day. Yoga is very relaxing, which helps ease your mind. 7. Be open to humor in all situations, especially the difficult ones, just laugh.

When people talk about visualization, most think of some woo woo hippie shit. That's not what it's about. It's about defining a clear path, knowing your direction and having a north star. A vision that makes you get out of bed every morning with enthusiasm. Makes you sleep at night with satisfaction and excitement, knowing that the next day you have something to look up to. An ideal self to meet. A bigger purpose to fulfill. You need to be able to clearly see where you're heading. But that only depends on you. It is up to you to focus your energy on picturing YOUR big picture. Embodying the feelings that would come from reaching it. Making it clear and accurate. If you do this, all your actions can finally align with your purpose: Making your vision real. You will start making moves to make it real. You will start behaving in ways that get you closer to it. Unless you do this, you will keep on doubting yourself, you will keep on procrastinating and you will keep on getting distracted.

Not getting stronger, richer, healthier, and attaining more freedom is a disrespect to your bloodline.
