Kids are always watching your habits. Not your words. Not your intentions. Your patterns. They watch how you wake up. How you deal with pressure. How you speak when you’re tired, frustrated, or losing. They learn what “normal” looks like by studying you. Every skipped workout teaches them excuses are acceptable. Every night you numb yourself instead of facing life teaches them avoidance. Every time you choose comfort over responsibility, you show them who’s in control and it’s not you. You don’t raise children with advice. You raise them with behavior. You are building their future self every day either through discipline… or through neglect. And one day, they’ll live out what you modeled. Not what you hoped for them. Not what you preached. They’ll either thank you for setting a standard or resent you for making them unlearn one. So live like your legacy depends on it. Because it does. They are watching.

The world will reward you in proportion to your courage, not your intellect.

You don’t need more time. You need more effort. You have everything you need to be successful. The problem is you doubt yourself, and that’s one of the most harmful things you can do. Doubt causes paranoia. Isolation. Mental breakdowns. It makes you pull away from everything and everyone while convincing you that’s the safe choice. But here’s the thing doubt never leaves you. You think it’ll fade once you figure things out. It doesn’t. Instead of fading, it grows stronger. It builds until confession becomes the only escape. Until facing yourself is the only option left. Doubt becomes its own punishment. It forces you to confront the truth about yourself. Everything you’ve been avoiding. Everything you’ve been too scared to admit. But that confrontation is also the way out. On the other side of facing yourself is your full potential. You just have to stop doubting long enough to get there.

I'm in love with this quote : "If you can overthink the worst, why can't you overthink the best."

Your life transforms when you take full ownership of your problems. It's no one's fault but yours. Not your parents. Not your boss. Not people you disagree with. You got yourself into this position. And you can get yourself out. We decide if the world happens to us or for us.

You need to actively be making yourself uncomfortable. Life is astonishingly boring. Even worse, its comfortable. All of your needs are met enough to keep you sedated but not enough to fulfill you. It is neither a hard life nor a good life, it’s barely a life at all. Just consumption and spiritual tranquilization. Do everything in your power to reject this.

Kids brains are wired to believe anything, make sure they believe in themselves

Stay obsessed with improvement, not applause.

The man who needs nothing from you is the only man who can give you anything. i learned this by watching who i trusted and why. every person who wanted something from me i gave my secrets to because their wanting felt like love. and every person who wanted nothing i kept at distance because their freedom felt like rejection. i had it backwards my whole life. the ones who need you will drain you. the ones who dont need you are the only ones capable of choosing you and being chosen is the only love that doesnt leave you emptier than before

You don't magically become focused. You practice it. You notice you're distracted and snap out of it, over and over again until it's second nature. Most people have not trained this muscle, and they are not anywhere close to as focused as they think they are.

People don't take you seriously until your body shows discipline.

You don’t owe the world your best version. You owe it to the people who were there before the applause. Stop chasing validation from strangers and start returning love to the ones who already give it freely. Call your mother back. Check on your friends. Show up where it actually matters. Prioritise the people who prioritise you ⚡️

Your entire life will be summarized into a 500 to 1500 word eulogy read by someone else. That thing you’re worried about probably doesn’t matter. Since the end is the same no matter what, you might as well make it interesting for yourself and go for it.

"Passion" comes from the Latin “passio” which means "suffering" and "endurance." So people think that following your passion means doing something you love, when it really means finding something that you are willing to suffer for.

“Depression cannot hit a moving target.” Best shit I’ve heard all year.

I've said this before, but it bears repeating: 99% of the things you worry about can be solved by: - getting physically stronger - making more money - spending more time with real humans - and a bit of meditation.

When young, trust widely to expand your surface area for serendipity. Make mistakes, and learn fast. When old/accomplished, shift to a more discerning approach—let others earn your trust. Be selective and operate within pre-vetted, high-integrity networks/people.

Longevity and "anti-aging" are actually very simple, but it's also the very opposite of what people stuck in a "grind mindset" will tell you: a low-stress lifestyle, a lot of time to spend with family and friends that you love, being and feeling useful as opposed to capturing as much value as you can, a clean environment where you feel connected to nature, a healthy diet that you can unapologetically stick to instead of being forced to drink every week just because it's the norm, a neighborhood where people are still thoughtful and kind instead of constantly judgmental or obsessed with "success", time for daily walks and reading novels, time for soulful music, time to volunteer for a community you care about, time to actually live your core values instead of signaling them, time to train your body and your mind in order to finally become who you want to be and not who society wanted you to be.

A lot of people constantly feel exhausted because they spend their energy judging everyone and everything, and taking every bit of criticism personally, instead of investing that energy in themselves until they finally become who they want to be.
