#a_piece_of_advice I've experienced really hard and stressful days recently.Despite my attempts to brush up on my English skills,it was kinda hard to get smth out of it. Then...I realised that to be a productive learner,I and my life should be also productive.What I mean is healthy lifetstyle. I agree that I used to have a bad sleep regime,around 3 or 4 hours and my diet involved unhealthy staff and even they were not eaten on time! So nowadays I am getting into shape by regulating my both diet and sleep rountines. You cannot believe that I've already seen the result of it🥹 Way of the articles I read,The essays I write even the result of practices I do, have changed for the better. So dearss,please pay attention to your health while studying smth new.It might be the reason why you are not getting what you want))
