Sun tea is such an epic way to intentionally harness the energy of the sun - PLUS it's fun and nourishing for the whole family! You can even use the sun tea to bathe yourself in ritual if you so choose, which I have done in the past. Sticky, but fun! Recipes are loose, you'll want to aim for 2-3 Tablespoons of herb per liter jar. You pretty much can't mess it up. Even if your sun tea ends up super concentrated, you can simply dilute it with more filtered water after steeping. i like to add citrus slices sometimes for different reasons, but if the flavor from the peel is too strong for you, just add a squeeze of juice instead. Orange and chamomile are a match made in heaven, especially for the solstice energy - you've got to give it a try! [continued in comments w/recipes]
