This collaborative effort aims to address the city's growing demand for modern animal slaughterhouse services, catering to the needs of our community in the most efficient and humane manner. On behalf of Jigjiga University, Vice President for IoHs&RH, Dr. Abdilahi Hussein signed the agreement and affirmed that Jigjiga University will take a lion's share and full commitment for the implementation of this project. With the project's design finalized, we're thrilled to announce the commencement of construction, with an estimated cost of 85 million birr.
