Aplastic anemia; it is a pancytopenia with anon-functioning bone
marrow, many cases are idiopathic but possible causes include:
Chemical like Benzene, drugs, hepatitis virus, irradiation and graft
versus host disease.
(Aplastic Anemia) هو حالة يتسبب فيها نخاع العظم بعدم إنتاج كريات الدم بشكل كافي، ويصير عند المريض نقص في جميع خلايا الدم (الكرات الحمر، الكرات البيض، والصفائح الدموية).
هالشي يعني أن نخاع العظم ما يشتغل بشكل طبيعي. أغلب الحالات تكون غير معروفة السبب (Idiopathic)، لكن بعض الأسباب المحتملة تشمل:
1. المواد الكيميائية مثل البنزين.
2. الأدوية اللي تضر بنخاع العظم.
3. فيروسات التهاب الكبد.
4. التعرض للأشعة (مثل العلاج الإشعاعي).
5. مرض تطابق الأنسجة ضد الجسم (Graft-versus-host disease)، اللي يصير بعد زراعة الأعضاء.
