النقاط الي ركزت عليها الدكتورة فى محاضرة لل development من دكتور زميلنا.

أهم النوتس في محاضرة الفسيو الرابعة L 4 physio 1- Seosory areas----> postcentral sulcus - Motor areas---->precentral sulcus 2- Size of body areas in sensory areas is directly proportional to number of receptor in these areas 🌟So, lips, face and thumb are represented by large areas. While, trunk and lower parts of the body are represented by small areas. -Size in motor areas is directly proportional to complexity of movements 🌟So, muscles of tongue and fingers are represented by wider areas while shoulder and lower parts are represented by small areas 3-Senory areas recieve signals in crossed inverted manner 🌟 crossed = each hemisphere recieves signals from the opposite side 🌟inverted= legs are superiorly, upper limbs are inferior to it and face is in the most inferior area, 🌟 but its parts are not inverted 4- Along the pathway بيحصل decoding فأماكن كتيرة وعشان كده لما بيحصل lesion in S1 بنفقد ال localization of pain and temprature فقط لأن ال sensation نفسه تُرجِم فال thalamus ⚠️5- Effects of lesion of area 4 مهمة 6-recocery that occurs after area 4 lesion is due to %2 uncrossed fibers and occurs to _flexion -extension -simple movements 🌟not skilled movement 7-Muscle tone & tendon jerk reflex have the same pathway, the same center in spinal cord (AHC) which is inhibited by Area 6🌟 and stimulated by area 4🌟 So, 🌟Area 4 lesion----> hypotonia, hyporeflexia, facility 🌟Area 6 lesion----> hypertonia, hyperflexia, spasticity 🌟tendon jerk after area 4 lesion has pendular character 8- Normal planter reflex: Scratching lateral side of sole-----> planter flexion of all toes اللي بيساعد على ال reflex دي إن 🌟Area 4----> inhibits dorsiflexion of big toe 🌟Area 6----->inhibits fanning of the rest of toes So, Babiniski sign results from lesion to them both. 9-Grasp reflex: (لما تضع شيء فإيد حد يقفل إيده عليه) is inhibited by Area 6. So, it appears in its lesion 🌟10- UMNL is injury in -cerebral cortex -Area 4 -pyramidal tract( corticonuclear, corticospinal, corticobulbar) 🌟11-LMNL is injury in -cranial nerves nucleui -spinal cord nucleui -AHC & its axon (spinal motor nerve) ⚠️12- المقارنة بينهم مهمة ⚠️13- fibrillation مهمة وأسئلتها كتيرة بتختفي لما بيرجع ال nerve أو يحصل atrophy فال fiber نفسها 14- UMNL----> Hypertonia لأن rubrospinal (Inhibitory to AHC) بيعتمد في نشاطه على Area 4 -من دكتور زميلنا #cns_physio #cns_N
