To whom should I forgive ? My therapist tells me I need to heal my heart. But what does healing my heart mean? She said u must release the hatred, forgive and forget people. But who should I forgive? Should it be those who betrayed me, or those who turned cold after being kind? Should it be those who belittled me, or made me feel alien in my own body? What about those who never understood me, or those I trusted blindly? And what about those I loved deeply, only to receive hatred in return? Or those who claimed I never cared, despite giving my all? Should I forgive those who suffocated me, never granting me freedom, always chaining me down? Or those who professed love but showed only hatred in action? What about those who shouted at me, made me cry through endless nights, or abandoned me when I needed them most? What about those who spilled my secrets,making me devasted or those who try to kill me from their words. Who deserves my forgiveness?💔💔
