Interesting weekend price action for BTC… A bullish Monday start could take us to a new local high of around ~$80,000. Would be so nice if we continued to rip, but this scenario is highly speculative and hopeful I must say 😅

This morning, hundreds of millions of dollars worth in long positions got liquidated across altcoins. Created substaintial wicks on many price charts. This is not a good sign. It's likely that alts will reclaim the wick lows. FOMOing is a horrible thing to do, my altcoin trades over the past weeks have only been spot accumulations, with no leverage (aside from large caps like ETH & HYPE).And I'm happy to maintain that until we reach a later stage in the cycle. Stay safe, and try to eliminate emotions and chasing rallies. With that being said, I'm quite a fan of how ETH and XRP look particulalry on a macro level.

Woke up to this INSANE XRP rally!!! At the peak, we reached +45% since our post. Many altcoins have performed similarly, quite interestingly, Trump Coin and Melania took centre stage. Will be streaming tonight covering altcoins in detail. Turn on notifications to the Crypto Kid YouTube channel!

If $ETH can break out above this parallel channel, my next target will be $2,650.

Bitcoin is testing MAJOR resistance. 1. 200D moving average. 2. Falling wedge trendline. 3. Bull Market S/R Band. I'm closing my scalp longs here. Why? Because BTC always rallies during midterm summer months. Tests either the 200D moving average or BM S/R, and proceeds to capitulate into a Q4 low. I'm willing to be pragmatic, and I'm ok with abandoning 4-year cyclicality if we confirm green candles consistently above the purple line. But until that happens, we are on track to continue our bear market...

That being said - correlations are always subject to being broken. And fractals cannot guarantee repetition. One fact, and one fact only remains true, that Bitcoin is on a 50% discount from ATHs. If you’ve been waiting on the sidelines to accumulate, waiting further for a bigger discount has historically lead to regret, and FOMO buying at higher prices later on. I DCA all the way, I’ll be buying more BTC today, tomorrow and in Q4. No matter what the price will be.

WARNING FOR ALL BITCOIN HOLDERS! Four years ago tomorrow, Bitcoin started declining until it reached its Q4 low, a 36% crash in total. Given the scarily close correlation between 2026 and other bear market years, we should pay close attention to this price fractal.
