የግንባታ ቦታ ነጥቦችን መለየት (Site Setting Out) ልየታ ላይ ተቆጣጣሪ መሐንዲሱ ማረጋገጥ ያለበት ነጥቦች

🚧በግንባታ ሥራ ከቦታ መጥረግ ቀጥሎ የሚሰራው ሥራ የግንባታ መስመሮችን (Axis) እና የስትራክቸር መሰረታዊ ማዕከላዊ ነጥቦችን (Center of structures/column) መለየት ነው። ይህ ሥራ የግንባታ ቦታ ነጥቦችን መለየት የሚባል ሲሆን መሐንዲሱ ማረጋገጥ ያለበት ነጥቦች፦ 1) የተዘጋጀ ቦታ መሆኑን ፦ የግንባታ ቦታ ነጥቦችን መለየት (Site Setting Out) ከመከናወኑ በፊት ሲባጎ የሚወጠሩባቸው ችካሎች ወይም የጂፒኤስ (GPS) መሳሪያ የሚያመለክትባቸው ነጥቦች ከፍታ (Elevation of setting out strings) በውል እንዲታወቅ እና ተፈጥሯዊ የላይኛው የመሬት ክፍል ያለበት ክፍታ (Top Surface /Elevation/ of Original Ground Level) የተለየ መሆን ስላለበት የግንባታ ቦታ ጠረጋ በሚገባ የተከናወነ መሆኑን እና ተፈጥሯዊ የመሬት የላይኛው ክፍል የተደረሰበት መሆኑ ማረጋገጥ አለበት። 2) መሪ ንድፍ  (site plan) መኖሩን እና በዚያ መሰረት እየተከናወነ መሆኑን፦ መሐንዲሱ አንድ ሕንጻ የሚያርፍባቸውን መሰረታዊ ነጥቦት (Axis & Center) ልየታ በሚከናወንበት ሰዓት ሕጋዊ የሆነ መሪ የቦታ ንድፍ (site plan) ያለው እና በግንባታ ቦታው ላይ የሚገኝ መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለበት። 3) ዋና ዋና ፍርግርግ መስመሮች (main grid/Axis/ lines)፦ የግንባታው ሁለትዮች አቅጣጫዎች (X-axis and Y-axis) የሚገናኙበትን የሚያመለክቱ ፍርግርግ መስመሮች መኖራቸውን፣ ከፍታ ልዩነት አለመኖሩን (water level) ማረገግጥ አለበት። በዚህም መሰረት እርስ በእርሳቸው የሚገናኙበት አንግል እና አንዱ ከሌላው ያለው ማዕከላዊ ርቀት (centerline dimensions) በስትራክቸራል የመሰረት አቀማመጥ ዲዛይኑ (Structural foundation layout) ላይ በተመለከተው ልኬት መሰረት ምንም አይነት የልኬት ክፍተት የሌለባቸው መሆናቸውን ማረጋገጥ አለበት። 4) የስትራክቸር ክፍሎች መገኛ (Location of Structural Elements):- በዋናነት እያንዳንዱ የስትራክቸሩ ምሰሶዎች/ቋሚ አምዶች ማዕከላዊ ነጥብ(Columns centerline)፣ እና የስትራክቸሩ ምሰሶዎች የሚያርፉባቸውን አካላይ ነጥቦት (Coordinate points)፣ የምሰሶ ጫማ ስፋት (Footings coverage area) የሚያመለክት መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለበት። 5) የአጥር ሥራ (fencing or barbed)፦ በሚቆፈረው የመሬት ክፍል ውስጥ ማየት የተሳናቸው፣ ሕጻናት፣ በጨለማ የሚጓዙ መንገደኞች፣ እንስሳት እንዳይወድቁና አካላዊ ጉዳት እንዳይደርስ፤ በተጨማሪም በግንባታው ክልል ውስጥ የሚገኙ እንደ ሚስማር፣ ብረት፣ እንጨት አይነት ግብአቶች እንቅፋት በመሆን ጉዳት እንዳያስከትሉ፣ ወይም በግንባታ ቦታው ውስጥ ያሉ የግንባታ ግብአቶች፣ ማሽኖች፣ እቃዎች፣ እና ሌሎች ንብረቶች እንዳይዘረፉ ለመከላከል የግንባታ ቦታው የታጠረ ወይም የተከለለ መሆኑ ማረጋገጥም የክትትል መሐንዲሱ ሥራ ነው። ለማንኛውም አስተያየትዎ  እና ሀሳብዎ ይጻፉልን!

ከመጠን በላይ መጫን/Overloading፡- ስላቡ ከዲዛይን አቅም በላይ የሆነ ጭነት ሲገጥመው ለምሳሌ ከባድ ዕቃዎችን ወይም ከባድ ቁሳቁሶችን ላዩ ላይ ማከማቸት። ደካማ የግንባታ ልምዶች፡- በቂ ያልሆነ የኮንክሪት ድብልቅ-mix ወይም ተገቢ ያልሆነ የማጠናከሪያ-Reinforcement አቀማመጥ ያሉ ጉዳዮች ስላቡን ያዳክማሉ። የጎደለው ዲዛይን፡- እንደ በቂ ያልሆነ ውፍረት ወይም ተገቢ ያልሆነ ጭነት ማከፋፈል ያሉ ጉድለቶች የስላቡን ታዐማኒነት ሊነሱት ይችላሉ። የቁሳቁስ መበላሸት፡- የማጠናከሪያ-Reinforcement ወይም የኬሚካል ጥቃት ኮንክሪት ላይ መበላሸት በጊዜ ሂደት ስላቡን ሊያዳክም ይችላል። የፋውንዴሽን አሰፋፈር፡- የመሠረቱን እኩል አለመስተካከል ስላቡን ከአቅሙ በላይ ሊያስጨንቀው ወንም Stress ሊፈጥርበት ይችላል። የሴይስሚክ እንቅስቃሴ፡- የመሬት መንቀጥቀጦች ወይም የመሬት መንቀጥቀጦች ተለዋዋጭ-dynamic ሸክሞችን ሊጭኑ ይችላሉ፣የሚከሰተዉን ሸክም ስላቡ በበቂ ሁኔታ ካልተቋቋመ ውድቀት ሊያስከትል ይችላል። የሙቀት ውጤቶች፡ የሙቀት መስፋፋት እና መኮማተር በተለይም ከፍተኛ የሙቀት ልዩነት ባለባቸው ክልሎች በዲዛይኑ ላይ በትክክል ካልተሰራ ወደ መሰባበር-cracks እና ውድቀት ሊመራ ይችላል። Collapse/ውድቀትን ለመከላከል እነዚህን ሁኔታዎች በተገቢው ዲዛይን፣ የግንባታ ጥራት እና የጥገና አሰራር መፍታትን ይጠይቃል።

Multiple factors can contribute to the potential collapse of a flat slab in civil engineering:

የቁፋሮ ሥራ (Excavation works) ላይ መረጋገጥ ያለባቸው የቁጥጥር ነጥቦት🏗

የቁፋሮ ሥራ ከመጀመሩ በፊት ቁፋሮዎች፣ አጎራባች ቦታዎች እና የመሬት መንሸራተት መከላከያ ዘዴዎች በባለሙያ ጥናት ሊደረግባቸው ይገባል። ይመረመራሉ በመሆኑም በቁፋሮ ሥራ የግንባታ ቁጥጥር ባለሙያው የሚከተሉትን ነጥቦች ትኩረት አድርጎ ማረጋገጥ አለበት። 1. የአጎራባች ወሰንን ከመፍረስ መታደግ፦ በግንባታ ሥራ የመጀመሪያው ተግባር ቁፋሮ ሲሆን ማንኛውም ቦታ አጎራባች የሆነ የሕንጻ ቦታ ወይም መንገድ የሚኖረው ሲሆን ቁፋሮው ወደአጎራባች ወሰን ተጠግቶ የሚከናወን ከሆነ በቁፋሮው መጠጋት አልያም በንቅናቄ (Vibration) የተነሳ የአጎራባች መሬት በመውደቅ ወይም በመንከባለል ለሁለቱም ቦታዎች አደጋ እንዳይፈጥር የሚያስችል ቅድመ ጥንቃቄ መደረጉን ማረጋገጥ አለበት። ይህ ሳይሆን ቀርቶ የጎረቤት ወሰን/አጥር/ ቢፈርስ ወይም ሕንጻ ቢወድቅ በመሐንዲሱ የክትትል ድክመት የተነሳ ካሳ እንዲከፍሉ ሊገደዱ ይችላሉ። 2. በሕግ የሚፈቀደውን የውጪ መስመር አለማለፉን ማረጋገጥ፦ ሕንጻው የሚሰራበት የካርታ ቦታ በአካባቢ ልማት (Local development plan) መሰረት ከፍተኛ የኢሌክትሪክ ኃይል (High Electric tension) የሚያልፍበት አልያም የመንገድ ማስፋፊያ ስፋት (Road Widening Area) የሚገባበት ሊሆን ስለሚችል በግንባታ ወቅት የተዘጋጀ አዲስ የፕላን ስምመትን በማመሳከር እንደዲዛይኑ በተፈቀደ ክልል ውስጥ ማረፉን እና በባለቤት ግፊት የተነሳ ያልተፈቀደ ቦታ ላይ አለማረፉን ማረጋገጥ አለበት። 3. በቁፋሮ ክልል ደህንነትን ማረጋገጥ፦ ከቁፋሮው በኋላ ከመሬት ውስጥ ያለው ሥራ (Sub Structure Works) ተጠናቆ የተቆፈረው ክፍል እስኪሞላ ድረስ የሰከረ፣ ወይም የአእምሮ እክል ያለበት፣ ወይም ሕጻናት፣ ወይም ሽማግሌዎች ወደጉድጓድ ገብተው አካላዊ ጉዳት እንዳይደርስባቸው ከተፈቀደላቸው የግንባታ ሰራተኞች ውጪ ወደ ክልሉ እንዳይገቡ የታጠረ (Fenced) እና የውስጥ መሸጋገሪያ (Bridge Ladders) የተሰራላቸው መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለበት። 4. የመሬት ውስጥ ዝርጋታዎች (Underground installations)፦ በሰፋፊ ግቢዎች ውስጥ ለግቢው አግልግሎት የሚሰጡ አስቀድሞ የተዘረጉ የውኃ፣ የኢንተርኔት፣ የመረጃ እና የመብራት ዝርጋታዎች የሚኖሩ ከሆነ ከሚመለከተው አካል ጋር በመነጋገር በጥንቃቄ እንዲነሱ አልያም ግንባታው ጉዳት ሳያደርስባቸው እንዲከናወን ማድረግ ይኖርበታል። 5. የቁፋሮውን ልኬት ማረጋገጥ፦ በተለይ በአርክቴክቸራል፣ ስትራክቸራል እና ሳኒታሪ ንድፎች ላይ የተመለከተው ተጓዳኝ የቁፋሮ ሥራ የሚጠይቁትን ልኬቶች ማሟላቱን (ወርዱን፣ ስፋቱን፣ ርዝመቱን፣ ዲያሜትሩን፣ ጥልቀቱን) ጠብቆ ቁፋሮ መንዲከናወን የመቆጠጠርና መከናወኑን የማረጋገጥ ኃላፊነት አለበት። 6. ውኃ እንዳይቋጥር ማስደረግ፦ በዝናባማ እና የመሬት ውኃ በሚፈልቅባቸው አካባቢዎች ቁፋሮ እንደተከናወነ ዝናብ ቢዘንብ ቢያንስ የጎርፍ ውሃ እንዳይገባ የመከላከያ ሥራዎች፣ እንዲሁም የመሬት ውስጥ ምንጭ ውሃን የመከላከያ (like: Permeable hardcore layer, geotextile material, channelization...) መንገዶች ተግባራዊ የሚደረጉበት መሆኑን ማረጋገጥና መከታተል አለበት። 7. የቁፋሮ ግብአቶችና ማሽኖችን ደህንነት ማረጋገጥ፦ በቁፋሮ ሥራ መወጣጫ የሚሆኑ የብረት፣ የእንጨት እና የፕላስቲክ ግብአቶችን ብልሽት የሌለባቸው መሆኑ እና ለቁፋሮ ሥራ የቀረቡ የእጅ መሳሪያዎች እና ማሽኖች የደህንነት ችግር የሌለባቸው መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለበት። 8. በቂ አየርና ብርሃን የሚገኝበት መሆኑን፦ በጣም ልዩ ሁኔታ የሚባልና በብዙዎቹ ግንባታዎች ላይ የማይገጥም ቢሆንም በውኃ ውስጥ፣ በመሬት ውስጥ ለሚከናወኑ ቁፋሮዎች የሚሳተፉ ሰራተኞች በቂ የሆነ የኦክስጅን አየር ማግኘት ስላለባቸው መሐንዲሱ የአየር ሁኔታውን የሚቆጠጠሩ ማሽኖች፣ አልባሳት እና ብርሃን መቅረባቸውን ማረጋገጥ ማድረግ አለበት።

What is Liquidated damage?

ስራ ተቌራጩ ለወሰደው ውል በግዜ ላለመጨረሱ ለባለቤት ወይም ለውል ሰጪው አካል የሚከፍለው የካሳ ክፍያ ሲሆን∷ የጠቅላላ ኮንስትራክሽን ውል ይህ ሳይሆን ሲቀር ከዚህ በታች በተጠቀሰው ቅጣት መሰረት ስራ ተቌራጩ መቅጣት እነደሚቻል ይጠቅሳል። 1. ቅጣቱ 0.1 ፐርሰንት ወይም የጠቅላላ ፕሮጀክቱን አንድ አንድ ሺኛ (1/1000) ላልፈፀመው ስራ ቀናት በየቀኑ ሊቀጣ ይገባል። 2. ነገር ግን ስራ ተቌራጩ በጠቅላላው ሊቀጣ የሚችለው የፕሮጀክቱን አስር 10% (አስር ፐርሰንት). ሊበልጥ አይገባም። "Liquidated damages" means the compensation stated in the contract as being payable by Contractor to the Public Body for failure to perform the contract or part thereof within the periods under the contract, or as payable by Contractor to the Public Body for any specific breach identified in the contract; (a) A penalty of 0.1% or 1/1000 of the value of undelivered Service for each day of delay until actual delivery or performance, (b) The cumulative penalty to be paid by the Contractor shall not exceed 10% of the contract price.
