Released New Reaction Bot: @DrReactBot
In a recent update, Telegram introduced the capability for bots to react to messages. @DrReactBot uses this feature, allowing it to respond to messages across chats, including private chats, groups, and channels.
The bot is already open-source, and you have the option to restrict its usage to specific emojis:

| 5 | Google monopoly killing open web & ad blockers!!! ❌
Engineers at Google recently introduced a new API namely "Web Environment Integrity API" in their chromium project which is used by major browsers like Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave etc as their base.
How it works? ⚙️
The WEI API can detect any changes made by a user to the website code received by their browser and report it to the website owner. This makes it possible for the owner to deny service to that particular user. It’s like having someone constantly monitoring your activity and reporting any wrongdoing.
How it affect our privacy? 🛡
Many of us use extensions, such as ad blockers, to block online ads and trackers. These extensions modify the website code received by our browser to remove unwanted ads, scripts, and trackers. However, with the introduction of the WEI API, website owners can now detect and block these changes caused by extensions, forcing users to either allow tracking & ads or leave the site.
Why it is even worse than it sounds? 👎
The WEI API gives Google and website owners the power to block any browser or extension that they don’t like or that harms their business model, such as the Brave browser and extensions like AdGuard. They can even block users from using developer tools or other methods provided by their browser to make changes to the website code. This also affects users using translators, as these tools also require changes to the website code to function.

Users can now generate self-destructive links that automatically expire after a given time period of 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months.
The time period of self-destruct can be changed accordingly using the /sd command or disabled by changing it to ‘Permanent’. Links can be revoked regardless of their self-destruct time period using "Revoke Link" button or /revoke command.

| 16 | New WhatsApp bug leaks everything that its user talk in person without user's knowledge
A Twitter engineer pointed out that "WhatsApp after getting microphone permission continuously accessing phone's mic even when not in use".
Since, WhatsApp clients are closed source so its difficult for anyone to check where WhatsApp sending all this recordings. Meanwhile, Indian IT Ministry & WhatsApp users considered this as "unacceptable breach and violation of privacy".
At the moment, there is no fix from WhatsApp and upon raising concerns by high profile bodies WhatsApp clarified it as a bug in Android. WhatApp already have history of branding any backdoor (a pathway to access data implemented intentionally) as bug once discovered.
Android only attach access request logs with the app it came from and there is no exception in this which clearly proves WhatsApp's claim false.
