If you’re looking for a couple deliciously simple + satisfying recipes to meal prep this week, give these a go and let me know what you think! . SPINACH & FETA TURKEY BURGERS: 1 lb. ground turkey (I recommend 85-90% lean; if you go any higher, your burgers will likely be dry) 3 cloves garlic, minced 4 oz. feta cheese 2 cups chopped spinach 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped salt & pepper, to taste - 1) combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently with hands, until thoroughly combined.
