The REC recommends that universities conduct focus groups where students, mostly of "minority ethnic" backgrounds, talk about their experiences with racial inequalities, mostly in Higher Education. They suggest, in a slightly nuanced way, that there may be "safety in numbers" and to do groups of 14-15 people. However, in our honest opinion, doing big groups for the "safety in numbers" aspect is likely to skew results. It's what we call the mob mentality. Who remembers the bleep test? That proved people will "follow the leader" per se, especially under these types of circumstances. Many young people will see their friends telling these stories of their incidents, and then will see the sympathy response from those running the focus group, and thus may feel the need to fabricate (or exagerate) their story in order to either garner a sympathy response, appease the people listening, or to avoid feeling left out.

So 'The Norwich Radical' has posted a hit piece on SAT condemning our work at the UEA. This article enveloped an inept and clumsy research style that we've come to expect from the far left, it was from head to toe, riddled with inaccuracies. Here's a few: 1.) Zarina Macha was not in attendance. 2.) James was never quoted saying Covid was a "rebranded flu" that was a lie from Wales Online. It would have to exist to be a rebranded illness. Covid did not exist. 3.) James has never attacked the GRT community (Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller). In fact, the person he currently lives with is a former traveller. 4.) Apparently James likes taking pictures of counter-protesters to identify them for online harassment. There is no proof in this allegation. "Culture change is difficult to instigate quickly." There we have it. This isn't about making "minorities" feel more "included" it's about causing a cultural revolution. Universities have been taken over by cultural marxism and progressivism with the aim of destroying our society.

Intersectionality also gets a mention in the documents leaked by SAT. They state its a "mandatory consideration" within the REC scheme for Higher Education providers. Intersectionality, similar to another cultural marxism process known as progressive steps, is a system whereby your gender, racial identity, sexuality, disability, and nationality are looked at to determine how big of a victim you are to "systemic biases." Intersectionality is the idea that you will always be a victim, and white straight men will always be the perpetrators of such racism. Intersectionality also gets a mention in the documents, leaked by SAT. Intersectionality is a term pushed by cultural marxism, and results in many POCs avoiding accountability because, depending on how many victim groups they belong to, they will always be a victim of racial bias. For example, if they don't get a job they applied for, it's down to racism. The Race Equality Charter, which over 100 universities are a part of, uses terms like "intersectionality" as a model to compare the practices and teachings of a University to in order to decide if they are worthy of an REC reward.
