#NationalExam #Online ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በኦንላይን የሚሰጠው የ12ኛ ክፍል ፈተና መንግሥት በሚያዘጋጃቸው ኮምፒውተሮች እንደሚከናወን የሀገር አቀፍ ትምህርት፣ ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት ለኢቢሲ ገልጿል። አንዳንድ ወላጆች " በኦንላይን ለሚሰጠው የ12ኛ ክፍል ፈተና የመፈተኛ ኮምፒውተር እንድናቀርብ ተጠይቀናል " ብለዋል። አገልግሎቱ ግን ይህንን በሚመለከት ለትምህርት ቤቶች ያስተላለፈው መልዕክት እንደሌለ እና ወላጆች መጠየቃቸውም ተገቢ አለመሆኑን ገልጿል። የኦንላይን ፈተናው መንግስት በሚያዘጋጀው አቅርቦት እንደሚከናወን አመልክቷል። ተማሪዎች ለፈተና ሲመጡ የሚጠበቅባቸው አንብቦ እና በቂ ዝግጅት አድርጎ የተመዘገቡበትን መታወቂያ ይዞ መምጣት ብቻ ነው ብሏል። ነገር ግን ትምህርት ቤቶችም ሆኑ ተማሪዎች የግል ኮምፒውተሮቻቸውን ለፈተናው መጠቀም ከፈለጉ #እንደማይከለከሉ አገልግሎቱ አሳውቋል። ሁሉም ተማሪዎች በኦንላይ እንዳይፈተኑ የመሰረተ ልማት አለመሟላት እንቅፋት ሊሆን ስለሚችል ዘንድሮ #በተወሰኑ ተማሪዎች ብቻ እንደሚጀመር ገልጿል። በሌላ በኩል ፥ በወረቀት ለሚሰጠው ፈተና የህትመት ስራው ወደ #መጠናቀቅ መቃረቡን የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት ለኢቢሲ በሰጠው ቃል አመልክቷል። ይህ እንዴት ይታያል ? የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት በኦንላይን ለሚሰጠው ፈተና  " ትምህርት ቤቶች ሆኑ ተማሪዎች #የግል_ኮምፒዩተራቸውን ለፈተና መጠቀም አይከለከሉም " ብሏል። ተማሪዎች የራሳቸውን ኮፒዩተሮች ይዘው ሲገቡ በውስጡ ለፈተና ደህንነት የሚያሰጋ ወይም ፈተናውን እንዲሰሩ የሚያግዛቸው የተለያየ ዶክመት ተደብቆበት እንዳልሆነ የሚረጋገጥበት ምን አይነት መንገድ እንዳለ አልተብራራም። ሌላው ተፈታኞች በፈተና ወቅት በኢንተርኔት ድረ ገጾችን በመጎብኘት ጥያቄ የሚሰሩበት መንገድ እንዳይኖር ስለሚወሰደው የጥንቃቄ እርምጃ የተብራራ ነገር የለም። መሰልና ሌሎችም ተያያዥ ጉዳዮች ችግር ይዘው እንዳይመጡ ከወዲሁ ማሰብና ቅድመ ጥንቃቄ ማድረግ ይገባል።

#Update የ2016 ትምህርት ዘመን የኢትዮጵያ ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ማጠናቀቂያ (12ኛ ክፍል) የበይነ መረብ (Online) ተፈታኞች መፈተኛ ይፋ ሆነ፡፡ የ2016 ትምህርት ዘመን የ12ኛ ክፍል ሀገር አቀፍ ፈተና በወረቀትና በበይነ መረብ ይሰጣል። በዚሁ መሠረት በበይነ መረብ ፈተናውን የሚወስዱ ተፈታኞች ከላይ በተገለጸው አድረሻ ብቻ የሚፈተኑ ይሆናል፡፡ ፈተናውን ከመውሰዳቸው በፊት ሁሉም ተፈታኞች በቂ ልምምድ ማድረጋቸው አስፈላጊ በመሆኑ ከዛሬ ቅዳሜ ግንቦት 10 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በአድራሻው ተፈታኞች በሚገኙበት ክልል የተደለደሉ ስለሆነ ልምምድ ማድረግ ይችላሉ ተብሏል። ተፈታኞች ልምምድ ለማድረግ ከዚህ በፊት ለክልል / ከተማ አስተዳደር ቀድሞ የተላከውን  የይለፍ ቃልና ስም (User Name and Password) ከየትምህርት ቤቶቻቸው ማግኘት እንደሚችሉ ተገልጿል። መጀመሪያ ወደ መፈተኛ ሲሰተሙ እንደገቡ የማይረሱትን የግላቸውን የይለፍ ቃል የሚቀይሩ ይሆናል፡፡ ተፈታኞች #ከተደለደሉበት_ክለስተር_ዉጪ ሲሰትሙን መጠቀም #የማይችሉ መሆኑን የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት አሳውቋል። @tikvahethiopia
