Another important thing I observed while meeting my friends yesterday So many want to aim to look perfect They want others to have a good image on them But internally, they know they're fucked Now, without going into the details, here's what I want you to remember: Focus on improving yourself, not your personality Never care about what others think of you. Be focused on what you think about yourself, and what you really are. That's all that fucking matters

Adding on to this I met a school friend yesterday. And as you might have read on social media: "Those who peak in school, fail in real life" It's fucking too. No, not because school is a complete shit hole. Rather because school numbs your risk taking capability. For as long as you're in a school, you'll learn from a textbook. Memorise everything and that's it. While in real life, there is no textbook. You can learn from others as much as you want, but there's still no textbook that you can read and use blindly. In life, you're creating your textbook. You write. You find mistakes. You edit. You move on to the next chapter.

This is a very important mindset you need to adopt: Never be worried that you don't know enough or you don't have the right opportunity You can never know enough. You can never have the right opportunity. Because you create those things. You get to know more when you do something and fail. Only then you'll know what exactly you don't know. And then you can learn about it. Without the actual action, you'll often be learning things you'll never need. Same with opportunities. Opportunities don't come flying your way. They too are a result of your actions and decisions. What you decide to do know, will one day generate an opportunity. If you decide to master your skill and make connections, you'll one day have the opportunity. If you decide to worry, you'll never have one.

I am almost never excited to do anything Or in better words, I curb my excitement I love what I do, but I don't let myself become excited like a child Because as soon as you get excitement, you're done. You're not going to reach the goal. You're going to mentally masturbate about the pleasure you'll receive when you achieve your goals And once you're trapped in that pleasure, you lose your ability to go through pain You get pulled towards more pleasure. That's it.

Now, here's the lesson I want you to learn: Before you try to find answers to your question, Ask yourself: Why am I even asking these question? When you have the answer to that, then you'll know what to do. I know many of you will never apply this advice But for those who will, this will change the trajectory of your life. I can guarantee that.

A small message on mental masturbation and procrastination: People often ask the question: "At what do you know that you have learned "enough" to start" Now, there are 2 extremes to this: 1. Learn everything from fucking up 2. Learn everything and then start so you have the advantage of knowledge In the 1st case, you're probably never going to learn. Because your attempts are mindless. In the 2nd case, you're never going to act. Because knowledge never seems enough. So, what should you be doing? 1st, stop trying to find answer to such questions. You already know the answer. Learn and act from the 1st fucking day. You're asking this question because you're either lazy or afraid None of them are going to help you get results

I heard a woman literally say: "It's perfectly normal for people to remove their anger/stress from work on their partners or children and later apologize" Can you see how deep the programming is? People don't even think now. They don't question the words coming out of their mouth. They cannot believe it's possible for a normal human being to be in control. They believe you have to live in the jungle or be a saint to do it. Well, you don't. You just have to stop making excuses. You have to take responsibility. And you have to practice meditation to delay your emotional reaction. It is that easy. But you have to stop looking for excuses to not meditate or reasons to not take responsibility. Just do what you already know you should be doing. You don't need more knowledge, you need more action.

Repost from Eternal Truths
Two types of philosophy: 1. You only live once, hence do whatever you want. 2. You only live once, hence see what you're capable of achieving. Choose.

I know you have heard this many times, but you need to hear it again: Never be afraid to fuck up. Be afraid of never trying. Because the only way to improve is by fucking up. Not by finding shortcuts. Want to build discipline? Fuck up at building discipline a 100 times. Take your lesson every time you fail. Try again. One day you'll grow sick of failing and win. But it will only happen after you have taken the lessons. Not by just reading some new-age hack. Now, how do you let go off your fear of fucking up? By fucking up Sounds stupid, but there's no other way. I used to be afraid to fuck up. I used to want everything perfect. And one day, I fucked up. Guess what? Nothing happened. No one gave a fuck. I didn't give a fuck. I took the lesson and moved on. This is how life works.

I do the same

You're never going to read this anywhere else, so read it carefully: I don't start off my day working. I start off my day checking social media, mails, messages etc Yes, the same thing people ask you to avoid. People say you should use morning hours for creativity, but I don't. People say checking messages can clog up your mind. While it's the exact opposite. By not checking your messages, you're letting your mind be worried about some important messages. I take that worry away. Then I get to my work...with the clearest head you can ever imagine. Try this. Might do wonders for you.

The ones who are the most worried about manipulations, are manipulated the least Example: People with victim mentality PS: Big lesson in there (not just about victim mentality or manipulation)
