🇧🇪 EthCC Recap: 4 days and 1 night for the history books!
Looking back, we have to admit that EthCC in Brussels was the hottest crypto event of the summer (literally). Even within the dynamic intensity of the event, the atmosphere perfectly balanced the highest level of expertise and drive that marks the builders and developers of truly revolutionary crypto solutions!
Each day of the conference was packed with productive discussions and new connections with key players in the market. We hit up many quality side events, including our own Secret Rooftop Sunset Mixer, which we ran together with Eden Block, Squid, and Chainflip.
🤝 Special thanks to everyone who joined us that evening! We received over 1000 applications but had to reject many of them in order to maintain the cozy atmosphere. To be sure, given such demand, we will do everything we can to allow as many people as possible to attend our events in the future!➕ These 4 days in Brussels brought us many new connections and potential partnerships. Moreover, we met up with current EYWA investors, such as Fenbushi Capital and V3V! With the Fenbushi team, we discussed future plans and agreed to hold several joint events. 🌆 Secret Rooftop Sunset Mixer - Highlights
The first day of EthCC in Brussels was an eventful one with an especially memorable evening.
As you know, on July 8th, we hosted the private EthCC side event: «Secret Rooftop Sunset Mixer» together with our partners from Chainflip, Squid, and Eden Block. The renowned participants made it truly unforgettable! The invite list included representatives from such funds and projects as the Wormhole Foundation, Tron DAO Ventures, DACM Liquid Venture Fund, Arcanum Ventures, 1kx, the Fantom Foundation, the Exodus Wallet, and many others!
The evening featured many deep discussions and engaging dialogues among leading DeFi experts. In focus were the latest trends and prospects for tech development. Deep dialogues in a relaxed setting created the perfect atmosphere for not only exchanging ideas but also for establishing new strategic partnerships.

The points program is moving to this new pool — no new points will be awarded for providing liquidity to the xCRVUSDT, x3CRYPTO, EUSD, and xCRVUSDC pools. So make sure to move your LP to the new pool to continue earning points. More liquidity = lower slippage for swaps, everybody wins! 🗞 New month - new achievements. Let’s revisit EYWA’s June.
▪️ We started the summer with a visit to the Vietnam Blockchain Week, where it wasn’t just about discovering a beautiful tropical country but also networking among over 9000 participants from 500+ companies worldwide. Later, we attended the Proof of Talk event in Paris — and were ranked #4 out of 300 (!) projects.
▪️ Additionally, our CEO spoke at the Blockchain Community Day Conference 2024 about fragmented liquidity, which is at the core of the interoperability trilemma (a highly recommended presentation).
▪️ While our reps were traveling the world, it was our community who got to see the real journey — our Pre-listing Roadmap, which included details on key activities and product updates (and even a raffle for those who paid attention).
▪️ It’s always a two-way street here at EYWA, and so the two EYWA co-founders held a community AMA to discuss the roadmap and field questions. It was full of great questions and discussion.
▪️ While openly discussing the future, we kept building the present. Most importantly, we added two new chains to CrossCurve: Gnosis and Base. Each is legendary in its own way and boasts a strong community with a number of interesting projects.
▪️ To support liquidity for these two new networks and give them the low slippage our users love, we deployed a new xSTABLE stablecoin pool. Big thanks to our Liquidity Providers for swiftly moving their liquidity from the no-longer-incentivized current pools (xCRVUSDT, x3CRYPTO, EUSD, and xCRVUSDC) into this new one. And if you haven’t yet, we recommend you do so ASAP for the reward points you’d get and the low slippage you would help provide.
▪️ However, what really made this summer hot was the EYWA Hot Summer Triple Raffle that we launched last month, with a $900 prize pool to be split among the winners on three raffle platforms (giving participants 3 chances to win some summer cash).

Don’t know about the moon, but we can certainly guarantee you the stars. To get your stars, join the new stage of our Ambassador program in the EYWA Task Bot!
The rules are as simple as can be: just complete the tasks in @eywa_task_bot — earn your stars and rise to the top of the leaderboard.
