That’s why I don’t post my X handle or share the latest apps I’m building here, because they’re not side projects, and I’m running most of this on credit (it costs me money and I want ROI). I know most other builders want the same .. to get their content pushed to a Western audience. I have zero interest in building a local startup. There’s not even good content on Ethiopian Twitter .. it’s basically Facebook, a lot of junk and politics 😭🤦♂️

This is literally pissing me off… like a lot. The main reason I use X is to get an audience from the US and Europe. I genuinely don’t want an Ethiopian audience on X, like fr. I’m trying to build a business, and a local audience won’t help or pay.

Some of y’all have been asking me a lot for side project ideas… I’m actually relieved 😁
From now on, I’m just gonna send you straight to this site without a second thought. It’s called Build It For Me, basically a place where people dump ideas they wish someone would build, so you get a free database of projects to pick from.
If you don’t have side projects on your resume yet, just grab one from the list and start building at least once a week (weekends work perfectly). It’s built by @techStepsHub ... you should definitely give her a follow 🔥

Telegram blogging tips (learned the hard way)
1. Stop posting AI generated images. We’ve seen enough.
2. Use AI, sure but don’t let it write your whole personality.
3. Keep it short and precise.
4. Chill with the emojis… this isn’t a birthday cake 😁
5. Mix your content talk about yourself, what you’re building, your struggles… not just info dumps.
6. Don’t copy others.
7. Use landscape images (they just look better here).
8. Share your stuff in relevant channels ... don’t spam. Build cool stuff, then show it.
9. Be consistent.
10. If you don’t have a channel yet… this is your sign to start one.

Telegram blogging tips (from someone tired of seeing the same mistakes):
1. Please stop posting those 2022 aI generated images… we’ve all seen them. We’re tired.
2. Use ai, sure but Don’t let it write your whole personality.
3. Keep it short. If your memebers have to scroll like they're reading terms & conditions, you’ve lost them unless you've good audience or the topic is good.
4. Chill with the emojis … this isn’t a birthday cake.
5. Mix your content .. talk about yourself, what you’re building, your struggles… not just random info dumps.
6. Don’t copy others. It’s obvious. And painful.for share they'll do it for you without asking.. trust me the bar is low… like, really low.
7. Use landscape images. Portrait pics on Telegram just feels soo long.
8. You don’t need 10k followers. You need like 5 people who actually care. you're not gonna make bags so you're here for comomunity.
9. Be consistent.
10.

Do like 20–30 push ups every time Cursor / Claude Code / Codex starts with “planning next move” or something like that ... basically when it’s about to cook for you 🔥

Instagram is finally rolling out a pause feature for Reels… not sure what took them so long tbh

Every time I add a new feature to one of my projects, the previous version just feels kinda lame for some reason 😭 like it was nothing. Even though I know how much time I put into it… I just forget how it felt back then or I got too comfortable
