A recent Consumer Reports investigation tested 48 packaged baby foods for contaminants, including heavy metals, phthalates and microplastics.
The finding that really stands out? Parent’s Choice Stage 1 Carrot Purée sold at Walmart contained an estimated 814,589 microplastic particles in a single 113-gram serving.
And it wasn’t an isolated result. Consumer Reports found evidence of microplastics in all 15 purées it tested for them, with particle counts varying dramatically between products.
There are currently no regulatory limits for microplastics in food, according to Consumer Reports. Researchers are still working to understand what repeated exposure may mean for human health.
Parents deserve to know what’s being found in the products they feed their children.

James Freeland’s mother was 60. Type 2 diabetes. He says nothing else was wrong with her. Two days after the second COVID shot she was gone.

Kennedy cites 7.62 times the autism risk after the first Hep B shot, plus big spikes in ADHD, speech delay, and tics. He says they reworked the data until those safety signals disappeared.
Tapper worked on that exclusive with Kennedy for 21 days. It was set to air the same night Rolling Stone published Kennedy's "Deadly Immunity" article.
