Tip for investigating your rolls. Filter your data on a city, export the city, setup a table, create a pivot table using address as rows, columns as last name and count on voter ID. Then sort the count in descending order. This is what you will get. A table of address with a count of UNIQUE last names per address. Does it make sense to have 14 unique last names registered to an address? How about 13? 9? 8?. I am thinking you might find some interesting results for your canvass. Just a thought.

Here is the letter that Laurie from SC used to canvas by mail. She signed each letter to give it a personal touch. Other practical advice, use a PO Box as the return address and make sure to note on the envelope "return to sender if this person no longer lives at the address". Maybe "do not forward, return to sender" might work as well. This is a non partisan issue and she stated that many people reached out to her personally and thanked her for the help. My commentary: How are you going to pay for those stamps and letters and envelopes? After you get a stack of returned mail, how about sending a copy of those envelopes and the expense receipt to the SoS via certified mail and ask to be reimbursed for doing some else's job? Finally, don't forget to see if any of those names on those returned envelopes voted illegally.[edit: I was given permission by Laurie to share this.]

Let's say you want to help save the Republic through boots on the ground or mail canvassing but you don't know where to start. Is 1,889 registrants a manageable number? Less intimidating than looking at 800,000 maybe? Here, I ran the EDA analysis on over 500,000 registrants. I then used the MapIt tab to categorize by type the top 50 unique address by registrant counts. This is a the sum of the registrants at the top 50 unique address by TYPE. Sending 1,889 letters would cost $1,095. Time has a value too. Maybe you and a few friends chip in some money and pay for the stamps? Maybe you have time to knock on the doors. Remember, this is ONLY 50 locations. Pick your method but let's get going...

Hi! My name is Laurie and I am the one who presented this yesterday in S.C. If others would like to do this in their state, I did have a real letter inside the envelope. The letter gave them information on changing their address with the county BOE, website link and phone number to the sc website. I also gave them my email and phone number if they needed assistance. The letter was written nonpartisan and I explained that it is beneficial to have accurate voter rolls for both parties. I did get some emails as well as phone calls and helped people with information on how to go about getting off the rolls as well. Some people accidentally opened the letter and after they opened it realized it was addressed to someone else. On every envelope at the bottom I did put “please return to sender if the addressee no longer is at this address.” Let me know if anyone has questions and I’d be glad to help. In Central Texas we are doing a mailing canvass of any suspicious voters after our online research. This is a quicker use of our limited time and manpower. We will use the USPS to canvass for us. We then scan the returned address envelope and challenge to our Country's Election Department through True the Vote's IV3 app. The IV3 app is currently available in Texas, Georgia and Montana. https://www.iv3.us/ We are using IV3 for ongoing challenges to our Voter Registration records, updating weekly with obituaries. We are committed to reviewing the rolls after majoring elections also.

Hey folks, this is one of the more interesting case studies I have posted. I recently ran a data set through EDA. I used the MapIt tab to look up and classify the top 50 address by registration address counts. 99% of them were large scale apartment blocks where no unit # was included in the address. There were some registrants using this same apartment that DID use the APT# but those are counted as unique address and are not included in this data. But, how do you canvass a locked down apartment block? Seems like a waste of time. So, I decided to look at the same data set and this time count it by unique MAILING address. That data set is on the top. Look how much more information there is here. As a canvasser, you would go the residence and say, "Are you aware that 26 people are using your home as a place to have ballots mailed to?" I will hopefully have some answers to these questions soon. Try this at home if mailing address is included on your roll.

A tip from a Patriot from SC that I learned of yesterday. This person decided to send a letter to every person in their precinct based on the exact listing of the name and address in the voter roll. I don't know the contents of the letter but that was not the point. Guess what? The USPS delivered back to her a stack of Undeliverable Mail. Imagine walking into your county clerks office with proof from the USPS that the rolls lack integrity. "Mr/Ms Clerk, I sent out 1000 letters and X number came back as Undeliverable. That is an error rate in the roll of X% in my precinct. How are you going to fix this?" Then of course, you can take those names and see if they voted recently.....Real simple math. It strikes me as an efficient use of limited resources (for the cost of a stamp) and time for people committing 100s of hours to boots on the ground canvassing efforts. Maybe it is a primary plan or a backup plan or something you do in parallel. We are running out of time. Throw the kitchen sink at it. Get creative. Just a thought.

Last one for now. 16 using this as a mailing address on the roll, all Active. This canvassing team is going to have some high "value" spots to check. We will know soon enough.

This is a first, Yacht Club....18 using this as a mailing address, 9 Active. I wonder if the mailman drops them off at the Yacht or in the Club? And why would you use a Yacht Club? Are these house boats? I guess they could be the only residence, but 18 of them?

21 registered since 2016 all active, 11 different last names....

25 registered voters, 22 Active all registered since 2017....nothing to see here folks, move along.

Have time on your schedule? Check out the reg records of the folks using a Job Corp Center address. Might be a good place to canvass. A friend suggested it might be interesting. There is nothing wrong with using these centers as your address....if you are actually living there.

Anyone know anything about Job Corp Centers? I am getting a significant amount of mailing address at these locations. Are these permanent residences for some people? Just asking.

Well folks, this is a first. In this state pet day care centers are being used as mailing address for voter rolls. I have not visited this yet so perhaps this place has been leveled and replaced with something else that is legit? 53 registrants here....funny (not so funny).
