Firm resting of the forehead on the ground is what indeed a Sajdah (prostration) is, and resting the sole of one toe is the condition. So, if someone does Sajdah in such a way that neither of his feet rests on the ground, his Salah will not be valid. Even if the tips of his toes touch the ground, his salah will still be invalid. Many people are unmindful of this ruling. It is wajib for the soles of the majority of the toes to be flattened with the ground. Women should draw out both their feet towards the right side. It is wajib to rest hands and knees on the ground in Sajdah. It is wajib that the forehead properly rests on the ground, so much so that the hardness of the ground is felt. Similary, it is also wajib that the nasal bone properly rests on the ground; otherwise, the Salah will be Makruh Tahreemi, and it would be wajib to repeat such a Salah. Jews and Christians would prostrate to the graves of the Prophets as a sign of respect and worship, and they would face them in prayer, and both of these ways are disliked. However, whoever builds a mosque near the grave of a pious and righteous person and does not intend to revere and pay attention to the grave but to get the blessing of the nearness of that pious and righteous person, then it is permissible. Likewise, if one prays in a place where it is known that a Prophet is buried but there is no sign of his grave, then it is permissible to pray there too because there is an agreement that Sayyiduna Ismail (Alayhis Salam) is buried near Hateem in Masjid al-Haram, yet this mosque is better than all the places where one should seek to pray. As for sitting on the grave of a Muslim, in another narration, it is stated to be worse than sitting on fire and causes the loss of faith. Allah protect us all! Here, the will does not mean a formal will but an emphatic command, and whose command is it? The command of the Lord Almighty! Not of Sayyiduna Jibril, he is the servant of the beloved Prophet ﷺ who kept conveying the order of Allah Almighty to the beloved Prophet for His Ummah that you should convey the order to your Ummah to treat their neighbors well. And it was so frequent that the thought crossed the beloved Prophet's ﷺ mind that Allah Almighty might order to share the financial inheritance with the Muslim neighbors as well. May Allah grant us wisdom and the ability to fulfill the rights of our neighbors.

The old tradition, which was being practiced by the previous Prophets and Messengers (peace and blessings of Allah be upon our beloved Prophet and them all), is called Fitrah (nature). Meaning, it is a natural human habit by birth. Furthermore, it is not restricted to the five things mentioned; there are several other traditions and Sunnah of the previous Prophets that are recorded in the blessed Ahadith. Because such wedding feasts are mainly arranged for boasting and showing off, there isn't any sincerity in them whatsoever. Nowadays, wealthy people are usually invited to feasts of happiness, while poor people and madrasah students are only invited in times of grief, such as death. And there are some people who, even if they invite the poor to the feasts of happiness, attend and feed the poor after others, and that too very humiliatingly, this is even worse. May Allah forbid!

The literal meaning of Siddiq is extremely truthful. Sadiq is the one who does not lie, and Siddiq is the one who cannot lie. Scholars say that a perfect and true Muslim is not a habitual imprecator. Cursing coincidentally once in a blue moon is not included in it. So whoever Allah Almighty makes Siddiq does not curse people as a habit, because the rank of Siddiq is very close to the Prophethood. In fact, the status of Siddiq is just one rank below a Prophet. [Ashi'at al-Lam'aat, Mirqat al-Mafatih, Miraat al-Manajih]
