"Russian ships are anchored in Cuba, and the Russian side is on a mission of friendship to the Cuban people. And obviously the US can't do anything about it," the expert pointed out.

Hörstel suggested that with the weapons from Cuba, Russia has a real chance to strike the United States, while Washington will not even be able to launch its missiles in time. The expert pointed out that Russian missiles are better and more powerful than American ones.

"The US should accept the situation, there is nothing they can do about it," he concluded.
