Surround yourself with the RIGHT ENVIRONMENT. There's too much noise out there. Be selective about what you are reading, who you are following. Are they there to create FEAR, or there to create VALUE? Deep Breaths. You Got this.

After working with more than 250 individuals and businesses, I see many people make this mistake. They either create an offer that sells extremely well but they don’t enjoy, OR an offer they are passionate about but the market does not resonate with. If you want to win, you need both, just like many of the people I have served who generate 5-figure months while enjoying what they do (thanks to their Golden Offer). And the first step to achieving the above? You must BELIEVE it’s possible in the first place. This is because if you don’t…all the strategies, tactics, and tools in the world can’t help you. But if you start being open and believe that designing a business & offer that makes money WHILE enjoying your life is 100% possible, You can’t help but to eventually succeed.

I recently found out Ali Abdaal “screwed up” In his recent video, Ali shared how his passion project of selling keyboards didn’t go as well as planned. He was criticised not just by keyboard warriors but also by many keyboard enthusiasts too (still amazing there’s such a thing, haha). And so, what is the mistake that Ali did? ❌He did not have a Golden Offer.❌ Ali Abdaal launched a product that aligned with his interests and passions but was not well received by the market. Kudos to Ali for doing it, but as he shared in the video, he should have gotten more market feedback about the keyboards’ quality before launching. So as you embark on your business journey, remember to have an offer that sells well WHILE you enjoy what you do too. And that’s how you win for life :)

Reminder to all :)
Reminder to all :)

❤️️Get clear of WHAT you enjoy the most in your business, and design what you do around that. Because at the end of the day, the strategy is the one you can do the longest.

How to get 10X more done than 99% of other people Some of you might have heard about this strategy before, but here’s a quick reminder of what the 25/5 rule is. “List the top 25 priorities in your career/business now, then choose the top 5 and focus only on them.” As I like to always say, it’s never about whether you have enough time; it’s about whether they are your priorities. For example, when I started my business, my only priority was to get my first 5-10 clients. Everything else (e.g., website, brand, hiring, systems, etc.) was a distraction. Fortunately, that worked as I generated my first $100K in less than a year. "Even if I retire, I will continue to invest in high quality masterminds with friends that I can learn and grow together with." "I will invest in coaches & mentors, who can provide me with personalised feedback and support; for every major area of my life." That's exactly what I wrote down 4 years ago when writing down the vision for my life. Here's the update (click here) P.S. I also share one of the most powerful life visioning exercises I did 4 years ago, and you can check it out for free too.

How to have Insane Levels of Energy like Warren Buffett It’s crazy to think that Warren Buffett, who ate a rather unhealthy diet of Coke, MacDonalds, etc., is still alive today. In fact, he probably has more energy than many people half his age, and here is why I believe this is the case: He loves his work! But before you say that’s only because he makes billions of dollars, if you knew him, you’d know he lives a pretty humble life. He was also said to have enjoyed his work since he was young and starting his career. After many years, I finally understand why many rich people continue to work even though they don’t need to. This is because I know that even if I retire today, I will continue to coach clients and create content & playbooks to impact even more people, aka a true lifestyle business. While I am not retired yet, I am willing to work more than my required 2-3 hours/day because I enjoy what I do. Click the link below to learn how I went from zero to $15K/month in a lifestyle business that I enjoy (tactical guide). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mm4fSJkvx4U

While many people find Warren Buffett a great investor, he also finds great people to be around. He found brilliant mentors like Benjamin Graham. He identified great operating CEOs for his portfolio companies. He partnered with amazing people (e.g. Charlie Munger). This is exactly what legendary business coach Dan Sullivan says in his book to find the “Who, not How”. This is also why I have become extremely particular about who my clients, partners, and even mentors are; this has helped me to accelerate my financial & personal growth. To help you further, here are some of the biggest lessons I learnt from my business coach that I invested $50,000 to learn from. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4WeARb66B0

Unpopular opinion: Warren Buffett is popular not just because of his investment results. It’s also because people are attracted to him as a person because of this: You can see that he genuinely enjoys what he does. You can hear the enthusiasm in his voice. You can feel his passion for work & life. You can sense he’s simply being his wise but childlike self. Yes, there can be ups & downs, and I understand we can’t always be happy, but what I learnt from Warren is his positive outlook and spirit of living life to the fullest. And I know it’s going to sound crazy to say this… Even if I do not achieve my goal of $50,000/month or 10,000 subscribers, life is good. I have work that I find meaning & fulfilment in. I have amazing family members & loved ones by my side. I have the freedom to travel & see the world. I have amazing friends to laugh & hang out with. Life is good :) If you want to find more time & become crystal clear on your priorities moving forward, click the link below to learn exactly what I do every 90 days to do so. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CvPLts7lGKM&t=1060s

Many of us try to emulate the strategies of gurus and celebrities with hundreds of thousands of followers (or more). Many have built their audience for decades or spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on advertisements. They can publish a simple post or email and attract hundreds of leads and buyers in a few days. As such, many of these gurus are usually too big to care for each individual. For those who do not have huge lists like us, we win by authentically connecting with every single lead and follower via personal conversations. As I share with clients, DMs are rocket boosters for most lifestyle businesses.

Like airline companies that provide different ticket categories (e.g. Business class, Economy, etc.), I offer 3 tiers for my clients to choose from. Note that these are not separate offers but one program with different levels of access to me. This allows me to cater to my clients’ preferences, speed, and budget and serve them accordingly. This maximizes customer lifetime value, and everyone wins. I will share more about this in the Golden Offer Workshop (100% risk-free).

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲? 𝗕𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁. Having to sell myself and my “accomplishments” all the time. Being in the industry, I’ve learnt that sharing our results, including income, sales, milestones, etc., is important to stay relevant (e.g. making 6 figures, generating millions of revenue, training 3000+ folks, etc.) I’ve accepted that people will secretly “judge” me for doing so, labelling me as just another guru or being a show-off, etc. Personally, I just like sharing what I’ve learnt and coaching clients. However, even with the best product in the world, I’ve learnt that you can’t impact many people (or make much money) if no one knows you. Instead of “celebrating” my results all the time, I also try to share my best lessons so others can be inspired or learn something from them. Lastly, something I found is that if I am someone who truly wants to help more people and make more money through my business… This is the price I am willing to pay to succeed.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝗼 “𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘆” 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺? This is probably the hardest question I had to answer because I used to feel a lot of guilt for this. For one, I love hanging out with my friends & loved ones. I always have, and I always will. However, I can’t help but feel that my mission is to grow my business, impact more lives, and develop my skills and knowledge during this period. It’s hard to describe the feeling, but that’s probably my best explanation. This is also why I LOVE teaching or coaching my friends too.

𝗜𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆? Yes & no. Yes, because at the end of the day, having a successful business is generally about 2 things: 1) Having a great product/service that can deliver on what you promised 2) Getting more people to buy it We have also crafted 40+ step-by-step playbooks, guides, case studies and scripts to help folks save lots of time and effort from figuring it out on their own. No, because humans are not robots. This is why one of my favourite quotes by Tony Robbins is this: “Success is 80% Psychology and 20% Strategy.” It’s not easy because humans struggle with focus, self-doubt, procrastination, imposter syndrome, quitting too early, and impatience. I know because I’ve struggled with all of these before. This is also why I’ve engaged an amazing coach, @kwong_wai_wai, to help my clients overcome the above. She has worked with Tony Robbins' team for 4+ years and has built a successful lifestyle business too. But my suggestion is this…not everyone has to build a business. Only do it if you really want to. I’ve had clients coming in who think they need to build a business, but we realise they are better suited for an employee role instead. By working with us, they could find more lucrative, fulfilling, and amazing jobs that support their ideal lifestyle and goals. One of my private clients even 4Xed her income in less than one year.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀? They understand that doing it alone can be extremely tough, challenging, and usually takes longer to succeed. Everyone can succeed independently, but I usually use the metaphor of the difference between walking to your holiday destination (e.g. Bangkok) versus taking a plane ticket. The first way is “free,” but it will take much longer and involve many more obstacles. The second way costs up to a few hundred bucks, but you get there smoothly. If people can understand this philosophy for their holiday destination, why not do it for other areas of their lives? And if you look at the richest and most successful people out there…you realise that most have coaches or mentors to support them.
